Modern designed and spacious with amazing views of the breaking waves…quartz dining table and matching hutch, designer lighting sconces, standing lamps, overhead fans…3 smart TVs, living room has a large leather couch, queen sleeper sofa, high end recliner with desk work area and artwork throughout…master bath was gutted and the gorgeous new bath craftmanship will please the most discerning tastes, 2nd bath remodeled… 2 king beds and a top of the line Haverties bunk bed with a 3rd trundle bed so the kids will be comfortable and safe ( If all three beds are in-use the ladder must remain with base on trundle)… includes washer & dryer and fully stocked kitchen with hand picked granite counter top… designer drapes throughout provide privacy and a cozy feel and designer patio furniture may be the finest outdoor set at the resort.
No expense was spared in the remodel as the owner has managed numerous vacation rentals for over 15 years and is committed to providing the best possible guest experience.

What a great spot!

This is our third time at Summerhouse and the best condo we've rented yet. Hated giving it 5 stars because the demand will go up and our little secret vacation spot will get more crowded! Great place!

Our family enjoyed our short stay at this wonderful oceanfront Condo! The views were amazing, everything was clean, organized, and well appointed! Thank you for a beautiful memory celebrating our father’s 80th birthday - it was so nice to be all together and enjoy the beach!

Perfect Spot

Summerhouse is the perfect spot. Further down from the crowds and right on the water. Check in was a breeze and property very nice. Be aware, you will need to bring your own shampoo/soap for the shower. Some units provide this, but not this one. Overall another great stay!

I’ve been taking vacations here for over 40 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We were in Condo SH201 beachfront and it was clean with nice furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom showers had safety bars. Outdoor furniture was comfortable and a great place to see the sunrise in the morning. I hated to leave when checkout time happened.

Unit 201 was the perfect quick getaway spot. End units are larger and have more windows. All the better to see the beach. The furnishings are nicely updated and comfortable. There is ample storage for a long term stay, too. Summerhouse’s three bedroom units are hard to get. We felt very fortunate!
