Welcome to Penthouse Paradise, an exquisite direct oceanfront retreat located on the 5th floor of Sand Dollar II. This stunning condominium offers breathtaking panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, allowing you to relish sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your home.

This completely renovated unit features elegant woodgrain plank tile flooring that flows seamlessly throughout the space. With three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully updated bathrooms, including a master bath equipped with a walk-in shower, this penthouse is designed for both luxury and comfort. The unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with two king beds and an additional queen and full bed in the third bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups. The expansive balcony serves as your private oasis, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with the fully stocked kitchen, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Tastefully decorated in a modern beach theme, Penthouse Paradise truly embodies coastal living. Please note that this unit is not baby or toddler-proof.

As part of your stay, you will have access to an oceanfront pool, elevator, tennis courts, a fitness room, and a recreation room, along with double-decker parking for your convenience. Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at Penthouse Paradise, where luxury meets tranquility.

Non-smoking unit. Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. Great family vacation spot

The condo was clean, nicely updated and had a beautiful oceanfront view. The property manager was informative, friendly and easy to get in touch with. Our family had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect Vacay in Penthouse Paradise

We loved the location as this unit is about 8-10 miles from downtown St. Augustine so it’s not too crowded yet close enough to great restaurants and entertainment. The unit itself is just like the pictures (nicely decorated) with plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together, as well as space to ourselves when we needed it. The view from the living room and balcony was icing on the cake as we enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning and some amazing fireworks on the 4th of July. The pool was wonderful and so close to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to this area.

Favorite vacation

It was a wonderful stay. The penthouse was gorgeous! My children loved the ease with which they could go back and forth between the pool and the beach. The view is magical and I drank my morning coffee looking out onto the water . Some minor issues with blinds and sugar ants but owner/management responded immediately! Will stay again!

Great views. Loved the location!

The sunrise was beautiful each morning. Would have loved a way to lower some blinds in the early morning while cooking, but the rest of each day was amazing views out to the beach.

Family annual summer beach vacation.

Came back to Crescent Beach for the first time in a couple years. Best family beach in northeast Florida. Pool not crowded and short walk and just a few stairs to beach. Condo accommodated 7 guests, 4 generations from 4 to 84 comfortably.

The whole condo building faces the ocean what a beautiful view everyday .

The condo was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed everything about sand dollar condos. The beach was awesome. Stay on the 5th floor what a view. Would love to return.

More beautiful than expected.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous the view is heavenly and everything was perfect for our stay. The only thing is that the main bedroom shower had very low water pressure. We will definitely be staying again.

Family Vacation

Property was clean, up to date. Beautiful location! Impressed with how well furnished it was! When we arrived the hurricane shutters were down. (storm had just came through) Called at 4:45 on Saturday afternoon and received an immediate response and they were able assist in opening the shutters and we were able to enjoy the wonderful view!

Awesome and Beautiful

The apartment was beautiful the exterior needed a little help such as Elevator and Stairs. We got to see the turtles hatching it was really interesting. We had to purchase two umbrellas and two chairs, but we kept them there for the next time we return because it was a great tine.

Love Crescent Beach

We have stayed in the Crescent Beach area several times & absolutely love it! We have stayed at a couple different Sand Dollar condos now & they have been wonderful. Penthouse Paradise was very nicely updated. Furniture, overall, was very comfortable - except the main bedroom bed, which was not comfortable at all! We either slept on the couch or kicked one of the kids out of their bed. If the main bed were replaced, we would say it was a great place to stay!

I want to respond to your complaint with the master bed. This is a brand new pillow top bed. Expensive brand that was recommended as most desirable for a vacation rental. Also recommended by an interior designer. We have had no complaints on the bed from anyone else. The owner is coming down to check the bed personally if we find any problems with it we will immediate rectify them.

All in all very nice

Had a few challenges when we first arrived but they were resolved for the most part. I did not want workers in the condo while we were there on vacation so I asked that things be done - (extermination and plumbing) after we left.

Short of Paradise

We had to wait 2 hrs. past check in time for unit to be cleaned. Only 6 towels & 6 wash cloths- not adequate for a family at the beach. No dish washing cloths at all. We love Crescent Beach. Been coming 30+ years. Our happy place. Stayed at Sand Dollar most of these trips. Unit was well decorated.

There should have been a couple of dishwashing clothes and a sponge. We ask that guests report issues within 24 hours of their arrival, so we can have the opportunity to correct the issue. I am very sorry to hear there was inadequate linens during your stay, We will be sure to order additional. Hope you have a wonderful summer!

Love the views and great location

Overall, this is a great condo to stay in and the host was very easy to communicate with. The furnishings overall are very nice - only complaint is one of the king size beds is so soft that it almost encloses around you when lay in the bed. But if someone likes very soft beds, they will love this one. The kitchen comes fairly well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Could use more mixing and storage bowl options if you choose to cook in rather than eat out. The view and proximity to the beach is great! And the view from the front of the unit to the sound is beautiful as well! Gorgeous sunrises over the ocean in the mornings and stunning sunsets over the sound in the evenings.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

The condo was in a great location, beautiful beach. The only thing lacking was a Dish cloth and only one dish towel that we had to keep washing. The condo was very well stocked with anything else you would need plenty of dishes, nice cookware pots and pans and plenty of bath towels, washcloths, etc. The furniture and decor were completely top-notch and beautifully decorated. The location of the dumpster to take garbage was very inconvenient. Also communication with the rental company was only by email and very delayed. The check in instructions were given on our way to our first destinations and it was instructed for us to print a parking pass. We had no access to a printer and it took a couple days for them to communicate how we should handle that. I would stay in this beautiful condo again, even though there were some obstacles with the rental company.

Penthouse Paradise is well named. This unit is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. My husband and I had a fabulous stay. The penthouse view is amazing, providing spectacular sun and moon rises over the ocean. Dolphin sightings and the daily gopher tortoise activity gave us many hours of enjoyment. The master bed was very comfortable and we were thrilled with gigantic tvs. We didn't have quite enough hangers so we moved a few from the other bedroom closets, but otherwise there was plenty of space for clothing storage. The only blemish to the whole wonderful stay was a follow up email from the property manager suggesting we "accidently" took hangers and a little Mickey Mouse figurine from the unit. I immediately explained the movement of the hangers between bedrooms and adamantly maintained we did not remove anything from the unit, and that the Mickey was on the entry table when we departed. I asked for a re-examination of the unit, but was refused. Ergo, this was a troubling end to our otherwise fabulous month long stay at Paradise Penthouse.

Best Beach Condo Ever!

When you open the front door, all you see is ocean.... The view was like being on a boat, but without the sea sickness!!! Great view out the other side of the Intercoastal Waterway as well. Everything about the place was awesome. It was almost hard to leave the condo, even to go outside to the beach!!! Good kitchen supplies, hair dryers, room for unpacking, etc. Easy access to restaurants and groceries right up the beach, and a quick ride north into St. Augustine, or south into Flagler and on to Daytona as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

The Sunrise was stunning

The condo was exactly as listed beautiful clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great as we did a lot of cooking. The crock pot came in very handy. The coffee pot is a combined Keurig I loved so much I purchased one when I got home. The turtles out on the front lawn were a treat for the kids as were the morning dolphins. The closet has beach chairs, sand toys and a cart to carry it all down. Beach towels and extra linens were great. Rikki answered the only simple question I had promptly. Great place to stay. Oh, and on the lower parking deck there is carts to help with your luggage. Will definitely be coming back.
