Perfectly clean, next to pool and BBQ, close to beaches, restaurants and grocery. Great running nearby, too.

Great Condo

We loved staying on the south side of the island. The condo was perfect for our needs. About a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach but the wagon with chairs and umbrellas made it easy.

Lovely !

This was a wonderful home for us during our family vacation! The kids loved the nearby pools and we used our scooters for a quick ride to the beach. We would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was huge, the kitchen and living area were well equipped and the bedrooms large. It was also very clean. The complex was well maintained and we used the BBQ area by the pool. The staff looking after the gardens etc were really friendly too. The proximity to the beach via the pathway was great as well. We 100% recommend this condo and Coldwell Banker's communication, everything was easy and communication fantastic. Thanks!

perfect weather, perfect stay

The condo is very well equipped in kitchen, baths, and beach equipment. Easy walk to Poipu Beach. Beds are comfortable and property manager responded to questions immediately. We would go again.

We had a good stay! The condo provided a landing space for all of our adventures around the island. Pros: the location was wonderful! It was central to everything we wanted to be doing. The owners also stocked the condo well with essentials like cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. which was so nice. With how dirty we got doing all the things, it was nice to have that at hand! The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed and was well stocked. There was plenty of seating for our little family so it was nice to have space to spread out. Having beach chairs available to us was also really helpful and convenient. Cons: the central air didn’t work so we had to rely on two window units- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, then used fans to push the air in between. It would’ve been fine if it was just us but we had our kiddo in the middle bedroom and it stayed so stinkin hot in there despite having fans pushing air in there fans running in the room. Several dishes were also dirty so we had to do a load of dishes before being able to use them. The refrigerator was also not cold so the groceries we bought on our way from the airport to the condo spoiled that first night. There was garbage stuffed into the pockets of the beach chairs. Overall, it was a good place to stay! The issues we had are all things that aren’t issues with the property, just needs better attention to detail for future guests.

Awesome condo!

The condo was great. Very clean and amazing location. The management was prompt in answering my questions. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Great unit

This was a great unit for a family of three with a young child. Very nice and clean, and walkable to the Poipu Beach area. Would definitely recommend!

Great Spot!

We love coming to Kauai and have stayed in Poipu Kai many times. This unit is well maintained, is a perfect location next to the green belt and pool while also being quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furnishings throughout are comfortable. The extras for the beach were also great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This condo has everything you need! We loved it and would stay there again. The location is excellent. We walked to town each night to see the turtles ont he the beach It was a nice walk. The listing states air conditioning, so we were thinking it was central air. There are window units in the living room and master bedroom. They kept those rooms as cold as you wanted them. The second bedroom does NOT have air conditioning. It was fine for my 2 boys, but for me personally and for my husband it would have been too hot. So, if you like a cooler room at night the second bedroom would not work. It has a ceiling fan, but not cool air. The picture of the listing shows a sun umbrella, which the condo does not have. It does have beach chairs, wagon and cooler though. We would have packed our umbrella from home had we known it didn't have one, so we bought one. Not that big of a deal. If you are banking on an umbrella, bring your own. Other than that, the condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. It is very cute. It was very well stocked with everything and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable family setup - nice breeze, close to beach and access to Poipu Athletic Club

Our family of 4 (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 7) had a great weeklong stay. Living room was comfortable and there was a great breeze through the unit, so we never needed AC. Easy to make meals and get rest. We'll be back again!

Great condo in Poipu

Loved the property! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need for the beach! It is right by the smaller pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves most nights after a day out on the island. Poipu was the perfect location for our March stay. Lots of really good snorkeling/beaches within 5 min of the house. We all enjoyed it!

This place was great for our stay on Kauai. We arrived to yummy snacks and a great supply of coffee. The beds and linens are comfortable and nice and the kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. The management company we dealt with was super responsive and patient with us when we asked questions that had already been answered. Pickleball, golf and the beach are close by along with many restaurants and shops. The in-unit washer and dryer was fantastic to help us keep up with laundry. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that we hauled in the provided wagon. If there would be one thing I’d change it would be the fact that we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly. It took away from the serenity of the place but overall our stay was comfortable.

Very attractive and clean!

We totally enjoyed our time at the condo. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed using the wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that was in the condo. So thoughtful to have that for your guests. The condo is decorated very nice. Along with such a great place to stay we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. This was a5 star experience!
