Wonderful accomodations

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed everything about it. The description was perfect! The check in and check out process was very easy. I highly recommend Pili Mai 1C to anyone who wants to have a perfect vacation.

Perfect Family Place

This VRBO unit was better than expected, which is not common. Clean, convenient, very nicely stocked, including shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation stay!

Perfect location for a family vacation, close to beach, restaurants, morning coffee stops, shopping! Beautiful views, beautiful landscaping. Condo was very clean.

Immaculate Condo

It was in a beautiful Condo area, close toshops and restaurants, and a 4 minute drive to beach. The Condo was immaculate and had a nice pool and hot tub, great covered patio with views of the mountains. The condo had everything you would need for cooking ( supplies). While we were there only 3 nights it was a great stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a great experience. Great location, clean and functional. Could use more comfortable seating in LR. Also, washer and dryer are wonky in closet and move around which makes it hard to use. I contacted rental co about no directions for TV and they never replied. It was nice they had everything you needed for beach outings in the garage. It would be great if they gave you all the codes in one mail or text rather than multiple.

Kauai Vacay

Property is not only in a great location close to food options and beaches, it was a great size for my family and I. Space was more than enough for a group of 6 as well as super clean! Kitchen contained everything we needed to cook. The lanai was a plus to be able to sit out on in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place To Stay

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our overnight stay! It was conveniently located to shops and places to eat within walking distance. The only downside we encountered was we left a couple items behind on accident and I texted and called but never heard anything back.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

This condo was so nice and clean with updated furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was provided, and communication was very easy with the management company. They had beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. It would’ve been nice to have a beach umbrella to borrow but it was not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing. I definitely will be back. Clean, quiet, amenities were awesome.

Everything and everyone was helpful and very nice. Had a problem with the lock box but, both Wahines were fabulous in quick help. The condo is beautiful, everything you need when on vacation. It's amazing that they supply soup, kitchen supplies, shampoo, even have ziplock. Amazing. It was a very nice touch with my beautiful gift bag with chocolates and other things, Mahalo much for that. I will recommend anyone to stay here it's beautiful and amazing. Parking is great.

Island Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW!! By far the best vacation rental we've stayed at! Immaculate and exquisitely decorated with high end furnishings. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked with every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. Generous open floorplan allowed everyone to have privacy given the layout of bedrooms & baths. Having a garage was a nice addition and it came loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards and even some snorkel gear! Great location as Poipu Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is just a short walk or drive away! Restaurants (yes, you've gotta try a Puka Dog ;-), shopping, golfing and even a local grocery store are all within 5 minutes away. Check-in and communication with property manager was seamless. We loved our stay and without a doubt will stay at Pili Mai 1C again!

Stove & oven broken

The property is absolutely amazingly clean, We usually like to stay at properties that are clean and new and this property is exactly what we were looking for. I honestly didn't mind the location being under construction but I wish there are street lights during night time because several nights we needed to head out and pick up groceries after dark and we couldn't find our way out. The only con about the property is that the stove didn't work w/ having my son who has multiple food allergies that is the downside. There are grills on the property but is quite dangerous for our situation, we don't know what was cooked on the grill and etc. Dining out is a NO NO for us. The only reasons why we travel and always rent a property w/ a stove is because of my son's situation. The property owner said we should have received an email regarding the broken stove but which we never did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai! This complex is in a great location-- walkable to some shops/dining with more close by, loved the layout of the condo which gave each room privacy and their own bathroom, and also thoroughly enjoyed the country view with cows and chickens every morning. Appreciated all the beach gear available to borrow in the garage as well. We had a few minor suggestions which would improve the experience: 1) I wish there had been information given about where and how to locate the gym on site 2) would have been nice to have part of the pantry stocked with essentials like spices, coffee etc. It doesn't really make sense for each guest to have to purchase that 3) the floors needed steam mopped. They were clean of sand/crumbs etc but my feet got so dirty just walking barefoot on the floors. 4) Hot water runs out fast especially if multiple people are showering at the same time. Overall if you're looking for a place on the south side of the island, Pili Mai is a great stay!
