This completely renovated home gives you an amazing view of the lake and the mountains around it. What is great about this home is that you can relax in a quiet waterfront home and can quickly go to Downtown Coeur d' Alene in minutes. Or go the opposite direction and hike or drive in the national forest. Ski mountains are also nearby! There is so much to do in close proximity. By the way, the fishing is fantastic off the dock.

Kayak, paddle board and canoe provided! Game room in the basement is perfect for kids while adults are upstairs enjoying the view.

The neighborhood is amazing and incredibly safe. Don’t be alarmed if someone from the neighborhood stops to chat as they walk by.

***Please NO PETS allowed on the property. My son has a severe allergic reaction to pets***

Most of the amenities you would need are at the house. Garage is not accessible for use.

Great stay!

House was just as advertised. Very accomodating place to stay with kids. Lots of fun things for them to do both inside and outside the house.

Very nice property with wonderful lakeside location. Beautiful views. So relaxing to sit and enjoy. Very close to town.

Beautiful view, relaxing home, great location

We had a small family get together in November, so we didn't go out on the water, but we sat in the great dining room and watched ducks, geese, eagles and deer. Grandma especially loved it! Beds are comfy, lots of extra bedding if needed. Big island made cooking for a crowd easy and the extra table in the living room we could use for a 'puzzle table', since the big dining table seated everyone for meals. Great communication with manager/owner, everyone wants to come back.

Best location, fun house things to do, and incredibly beautiful!!!!

Location to restaurants and cute downtown couldn’t have been better!! One of the best views from a house I’ve ever had. The downstairs basement of fun was so great for the kids, as well as the canoe and kayak for the kids and adults. Beds were super comfy kitchen was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Family friendly property.

Excellent property for family and friends, lots of room and right on the beach, as advertised. Large rooms and water toys supplied were great!! Amber and Wally were quick to respond to any questions we had!! Short walk to town for supplies or restaurants. This will be our stay next time we are in the area!

The best location

OMG We loved our stay!!! You can't beat the location 5 min from great restaurant and bars. We loved the siting on the back deck in the evenings soaking in the wonderful view. Our Grand kids caught a ton of fish !!! Oh and the house was just amazing along with the host. We will for sure be booking again. !!!!

Great vacation rental

Beautiful house and views! Teenagers loved the basement game room and big bedroom to share. Quiet and safe neighborhood for kids. Easy to communicate with hosts and we had a great stay for spring break! Only recommendation would be a hot tub, at my teenagers request! 😊

Family time

This home is an amazing, comfortable, well stocked beautiful lake front home. It was so serene and peaceful for the morning coffee, everyone was so friendly in the neighborhood when we went out for an evening walk. my grandsons loved fishing off of the dock and swimming. Communication with the host was top notch, quick to answer any questions, gave great advice about stores. thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lake house

Outstanding. The house was perfect. Absolutely no complaints. What a view! Convenient to everything in Couer DAlene. The smoky days and rain were the only drawbacks. Be sure to check out Sandpoint when youre in Idaho. A beautiful vacation.

Spectacular Views - new every day!

The location of the house is spectacular - the lake, hills across the lake, the sunrise, birds, fish and deer made each and every day memorable in a different way. I took a picture from the same spot daily and no two were the same! The host was so very helpful - answering all questions promptly prior to check in - providing easy to understand check in information - providing a list of area dining options with menu and vibe specifics. The location couldn't be better - a short jaunt to downtown Coeur d Alene! We rode the Centennial and Coeur d' Alene trails daily and THIS was the perfect base camp for us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. I give this location two thumbs up and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing lake house!!!

Whatever you’re coming to Coeur d’Alene for this place checks all the boxes!!! We had a group of 7 adults for a golf trip and we couldn’t wait to get back to the house after our rounds. House has plenty of room for a group that size and would be amazing for families. The back patio was our favorite spot! The scenery is beautiful And watching Osprey dive into the water after fish was really cool. I Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!!!

Stunning Views!

The photos do not do this place justice. The mountain backdrop is stunning. It is located in a quiet little community close to downtown. The location is perfect! We had a lot of fun fishing off of the dock and using the water toys provided. The house was very clean and well stocked! There was also a lot of games in the game room which kept the kids entertained as well. The host was very attentive and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We have stayed in a lot of beautiful VRBO's and this one is one of my favorites! We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful

A group of friends celebrated my 50th for a week on Fernan Lake. The house and location were amazing. We could watch the sun rise from the patio then paddleboard at anytime during the day. It is a quick drive to town and you can easily get on the highway for longer excursions. Communication with the host was easy and always quick to respond. A delicious cake was even waiting for us when we arrived. We did our grocery shopping at Pilgrims (where the cake was from) and reminded us of our home town market.

We'll be returning!

Highly recommend staying here! The home was very nice & clean! The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Their personal touches like a basket full of goodies with 4th of July items for the kids and snacks for all was a big hit! The kitchen was packed with everything you'll need and was good quality! The kayak was amazing and was used for hours each day. The kids loved jumping off the nice dock & playing with the arcade games in the game room! Fishing for Trout & Bass was VERY successful! Geese visited our yard every day. You felt like you were at a mountain lake but still close to all the action. We will be returning! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hello all! We are a public servant family who grew up in the northwest and using this home to help support our children's education. Looking to find great visitors that will take care of our future retirement home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property cant be beat if you are looking for a relaxing place to enjoy the sights, but super close to the action down the street on Sherman Avenue. The home gives you a taste of north Idaho with wildlife (Deer, Rabbits, Moose, Osprey, and Bald Eagle to name a few) that will be in your backyard. It is nicely furnished and right near the freeway to shoot you to various area, including our local ski resorts.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You won’t find a better lakefront view in town. The early morning fog often floats across the lake. Grab a cup of provided coffee and smell that fresh clean morning air.
