I never received any response from the host, despite reaching out multiple times before and during the time of check-in. On top of that, I also tried to get in touch with customer service, but no one responded there either. We were completely left on our own, without any guidance or support, which was extremely frustrating and stressfulâespecially after a long journey.Because of this, we ended up spending over two hours trying to find another place to stay at the last minute, which not only disrupted our plans but also caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. This experience was far from what we expected and has been very disappointing.To make matters worse, I still havenât received any refund for the original booking, even though the service was clearly not provided. I feel that this situation has been handled very poorly, and I would appreciate it if someone could take action immediately to process the refund and address the lack of communication we experienced.
