Happy Daze (hosted by premiervacationrentalsnc) is steps from the sand with 6 star hospitality. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 10. This beautifully decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island, coffee bar, bathrooms with soft towels and ready made beds with linens and blankets. There are TVâs in each bedroom and living room all equipped with ROKUâŠYouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU and Paramount +. We offer a plentiful assortment of kitchen and bath amenities for convenience, including in-shower toiletries, makeup removal cloths, hair dryer and beach towels.
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.
-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda. -A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.
-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.
-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin size bunks beds with a trundle, perfect for kids.
-Downstairs, with a private entrance, you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. This area has its own split unit for A/C and heat.
-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.
-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located in the second bathroom.
-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles and a corn hole board with bags.
We have a Ring doorbell on the front entrance and a Ring backyard camera.

Great stay! Very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to a number of quality golf courses. Property was very well taken care of and the 7 holes of mini golf in the back yard provided hours of entertainment. Would definitely book again for our next visit to Ocean Isle Beach.

Took my wife and our 8 year old twins to this house for a long weekend and we had a blast! Great location with easy access right out of the driveway to our familyâs favorite beach spot on the island. The house was spotless and equipped with everything you can possibly need. The kids loved the putt putt and the outdoor TV and propane fire table make the whole outdoor area a great place to hang out, relax, and have fun. Shawn was very helpful with check in/check out and responded very quickly to the couple questions I had during the stay. I would definitely recommend and look forward to another family vacation at this property!

We had a fantastic time. The location is outstanding and the home is beautiful. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities were top notch. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

This was a perfect home for my family! Loved the easy access to the beach especially with our 1.5 year old! We watched beautiful sunsets every night on the back porch. The putt putt was a great addition and our daughter loved it. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The included pack and play and high chair was a nice touch so we did not have to pack ours. Would definitely stay here again!!

Happy Daze was awesome. Everything was so nice, furniture, cookware, amenities, convenience to the beach. We liked the provision of linens, beach chairs, etc. Shawn was so very nice to deal with and accommodating. We will definitely go back again. It was a definite 5-star rating. Best Vacation Rental
This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!The owners thought of everything possible needed for your stay. Many nights were spent around the gas fire pit roasting marshmallows while playing putt putt. This home is steps from the beach! The owners have all your beach necessities and more. We will be staying here again!

Nice family trip
This home was exactly as we expected location, easy entry, well stocked with everything we needed. The homeâs decor was inviting and comfortable. We had rain and shine and felt like we didnât need to go home early due to no sun!The beach, grocery and restaurants were all very close. We had great communication with our hosts and hope to return for another visit.

Ocean Isle Beach House
The house was very nice. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was a nice secluded cove that was great for children. The kids really enjoyed the mini-golf course. Well equipped with chairs and other accessories to take to the beach. Definitely would return.

Perfect family weekend
We had a wonderful time with our extended family at Happy Daze. The bottom bedroom worked great for a mother in law suite. If we ever need to rent again, we will certainly return!

Perfect family vacation spot!
Everything we needed was available on the property. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We had the best sunset views from the back deck. In the morning, the sunrise view was breathtaking.

Exceptional House and Stay!
This house was exactly as it was advertised and is a 10 out of 10 property. This place was super clean and very spacious. The owner was very responsive and friendly. They have really thought of everything needed for a family to come and enjoy a relaxing time at OIB. I will definitely rent from them again. Had so much fun!

Great Location / Great Place
The house was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Itâs a short stroll from the beach and close to the golf courses in the area. The putt putt course was a very fun addition! If we are ever back in the area, we will be looking to stay here again.

Relaxing spot near the water
This place was just what our family needed to disconnect and reconnect. Very short walk to water--excellent for the kids. Lots of great foraging on the beach as well! Would definitely recommend!

Family is a priority. We are Shawn and Jennifer and we have 2 daughters so quality time away from the hustle and bustle is a must for us. We grew up in small town NC and attended college in NC as well. We have always enjoyed family vacations in NC and especially on the coast. After retiring from the medical field, we decided to buy a home on the beautiful island of Ocean Isle and we would love to share our home with you. We want our friends, family and guests to enjoy our little piece of tranquility and relax and unwind from the stresses of life!

-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.
-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda.
-A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dish washing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.
-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.
-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin size bunks beds with a trundle, perfect for kids.

Family friendly neighborhood on the famous east end of the island. We are located on a dead end street with direct access to the beach. This section of the beach is not crowded.
