Brand New Construction 5 Bed Ocean View Home - one block from the ocean with easy access to the newly developed East End of Ocean Isle.

Come Experience all that Ocean Isle has to offer. Enjoy easy walks to the beach, sip coffee from your deck as you watch the waves crash on the shore. After a day at the beach, pull up a chair at the tiki bar and unwind in the private heated pool.

Isle in The Sun offers 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Guests layout includes 3 master suites each with a king bed. A queen suite, and a bunk room for all of the first mates. The bunk room features a twin over full bunk and a twin with a full trundle.
Get away from the crowds along the center of the island and enjoy the serenity and calm of the East end of the island. Ocean Isle Beach is truly one of the greatest island destinations on the east coast. With several award winning restaurants, tranquil shops, and family friendly entertainment. Once you get here, you will never want to leave.

Less than 30 minutes to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment offered along the Myrtle Beach strand. Take a stroll along the waterfront of Southport and see the areas that inspired the writings of Nicholas Sparks and many other great authors. A 30 mile trip to the north and you will find the historic Wilmington waterfront, or take a ride on the ferry to explore Fort Fisher and the North Carolina Aquarium.

This was our family’s first time staying on this end of the island. We absolutely loved this house. This fit our family perfect. Very well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Even beach towels and lots of beach chairs were provided. Very close to beach access which was our favorite part. We will definitely come back here next year!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It had everything we needed for our family of five adults and five children. The kitchen was nicely, stopped and included two dishwashers. We all loved at the convenience of the pool and the easy access to the beach. Brian was very responsive to any request or questions that we had. I can highly recommend this property and we will be staying again in the future.

All the comforts of home

We enjoyed every part of this vacation! The house was beautiful and had loads of little details that came in handy. I couldn’t think of anything we would need except more time! Loved easy access to beaches. The pool was so refreshing as week.

Loved the house. House is stocked well with towels, beach towels and various beach and pool supplies. Very close to 2 beach accesses. A bathroom for all the bedrooms definitely a plus. Rental management was very easy to work with and responded quickly with any issues. Already thinking about renting for next year.

We had an absolutely great time! The house was clean, well decorated, and everything felt sturdy. The kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was perfect, and the beach was a 2 minute walk away. We enjoyed several thunderstorms from the shelter of the 3rd floor patio. Grandma used the elevator to avoid the stairs, worked great! We had a crawling baby as well and it was very child friendly. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house.

Last year we stayed at their other property “Stones Throw” and now I am torn on which I love better. House was just as advertised and location is amazing. House was very clean and had everything by you would need. Owner was responsive to all inquires in a timley manner.

Great family beach house

This is my family’s second time staying at Isle in the Sea. It is spacious, lovely, and close to the ocean. They provide everything you need for a beach vacation…no need to bring towels or linens, pool toys. They have some beach chairs. Everything is fresh and new. There are porches at each level on both ocean-side and bayside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The second floor laundry area has a spacious couch, tv, and bathroom which my 21-one year old grandson claimed. We loved coming back from the beach and then enjoying the pool. We hope to come back next summer.

Happy Beach Vacation

Overall we had a wonderful week. The house, the location and the beach were wonderful. We had to contact the owner to get the door code about the entry time but found the door was left unlocked. The floors were gritty when we arrived and all the children’s feet became black. The owner was great in responding to the house’s problems.

Lovely spring weekend with the family

We had a 3-day stay at Isle in the Sun in late April. The house and pool are amazing. Everything is first class, from the kitchen and beds to the elevator. We loved having two dishwashers! We had some fabulous sunsets and great times on the beach and at the pool. We liked staying at the end of the island and seeing the jetty and inlet. There were lots of little red starfish there. Our only glitch was that the hosts did not communicate with me about how to enter the house at check-in time. The house was ready but we could not get in until 5:30 when they called me with the code. After that, no problems at all and they were very apologetic.We are going to stay here again in June and can't wait!

Exceptional accommodations!

Planning for the needs of my family of eleven can be challenging. Not with Isle in the Sun! Each couple had their own bedroom with en suite. The children had their own special area as well. Everyone commented on how well their bed slept. The kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and provided the perfect setting for quality family time and March Madness viewing. The heated pool was used for hours of fun. Beach access was simple. The host was highly responsive and helpful. This home was the perfect place for our long family weekend!

The BEST

My fiance and I had our joint bachelor/bachelorette party at this house at the end of August. This house was absolutely phenomenal. There was so much room, each bedroom had a shower attached which was so nice getting ready for dinners. The main living area is on the 3rd floor so it was so nice that an elevator was available for us. There is also a couch area on the second story. There were plenty of beach and bath towels and TP in the house. There was also a nice charcoal grill by the pool. We also had one of our guests leave their airpods in the couch. The owners were so helpful shipping those back to him. Be sure to look into the rules of the beach. We were shocked to learn that we were not allowed to have tents other than Shibumis on the beach and beach patrol was very frequent. The beach is a very short walk to the house.
