You do not want to miss out on the beautifully decorated and FUN condo at Shores of Panama! Two bedrooms, a Bunk Room and three full baths!! Ground floor! With 2 first floor parking spots.

Bring everyone to this gorgeous Shores of Panama condo- just steps from the ocean and no long elevator wait, you can just grab your beach towel and head out the door! Step into the kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is seating at the kitchen bar or take your morning coffee to your private balcony and enjoy the views of the pool AND the ocean! The living area is spacious and has a flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, its own TV and an en suite bathroom. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The Guest Room has a Queen bed, its own TV, ample storage and its own en suite bathroom as well. The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids, with a door for privacy and its own bathroom attached. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room if you need it for additional sleeping space.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Excellent location!

First floor location was perfect! No elevators to deal with and could walk right out to the pool deck or beach. The 2 parking spots are also on the first level of garage which made move-in and move-out a breeze! Unit was spacious and had plenty of room. The only mild inconvenience was that there was only one chair and it had a crack in the seat. A table with chairs would be better for the patio. Also, take your own dish towels. We would 100% book this unit again!

Everything was very clean and easy to find. The kitchen was equipped with everything WE needed. We loved the easy access to the pool/beach. We wanted to check in a little early due to the plan getting in early. They were very easy to communicate with.

Had a good experience with this unit. The condo complex is nice with a grill and bar providing nice options. The unit was clean and nice. If I ever go back, this would be a good place to be.

Labor Day weekend

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The unit has a great location, great parking and ground floor access, which means no Elevator waiting. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Perfect For Family

This unit was perfect for our family. We had people of all ages and not having to ride an elevator was convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the unit was exactly as described.

Perfect location. The parking spaces were close to the unit. Nice and comfortable condo. One suggestion. The shrubs from the balcony area walk way to the pool need to be trimmed way back. Over all it was very nice and we would stay there again!

Convenient Condo

I loved that we didn’t have to deal with the elevator or parking garage issues that many of the families in our group were having. Convenient to the pool and beach from the balcony access.

These units are all pretty similar. It was clean; owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were there Bike Week so, being on the first floor on the parking lot side, it was pretty noisy; but I put most of that on the army of motorcycles that were everywhere that week. My only complaint - there is no view from the patio. Being on the first floor, bushes provided privacy but blocked the pool view; and the front of the building blocked any view of the ocean. On the other hand, you are steps away from the pool, no stairs. And the two adjacent parking lots are only a couple hundred feet from the front door. Just depends on priorities- view or convenience.

Most everything was PERFECT

I have stayed at SOP multiple times with other units and have very few things that I wasn’t entirely satisfied with. Pro: This property is a great location and quite expansive for a family unit. Con: the Hot water in all three bathrooms seemed to be backwards if you had it on hot it was cold and vice versa. The unit was clean aside from a couple of areas that need to be pointed out to the housekeeping staff that is outsourced. The side table drawers and Mainly when we went to make sure all of our things were packed up for our trip home we found random previous tenants clothing items under the furniture including everything down to dirty underwear, socks, shirt, etc. Thankfully I was the one who found these things though rather than my child. Other than that just the kitchen sink / disposal. The previous tenant left food in it and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival when housekeeping came there was everything from old chicken to cherries and it certainly didn’t come from us as we couldn’t even figure out the disposal the switch in the kitchen did nothing. Additionally the patio area was overgrown and multiple swim items were left on the patio floats etc that we didn’t know if they belonged to the unit for the locked deck box or the previous tenant but we left them as they were upon arrival. Thank you for hosting our family and we will see you again At the Shores !

First of all thank goodness we were on the first floor. Everyone was complaining about the elevators being so slow & waiting forever. Can’t imagine at summer peak season. The condo was good but for a small investment of money it could be a lot nicer. Staff were all very nice! Security was great! Mr Norval was very helpful. The pool is big but not enough for a place this size and was too cold to use. Hot tub was always so full you couldn’t use it most of the time. Again the beach front is not enough. We were so crowded on top of each other.
