Long Beach Resort !! Le meilleur plan d'étage sur Panama City Beach. Des vues spectaculaires depuis n'importe quelle pièce de l'unité. Ce condo au deuxième étage à Long Beach Resort est situé dans la tour 4, l'un des plus beaux et des plus exclusifs complexes de Panama City Beach! Avec l'emplacement de cet hôtel, il est pratique pour tout, des grands restaurants à un super Walmart juste de l'autre côté de la rue! Grande piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec cascades, bains à remous, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), bar et grill sur place (en saison), parc paysager et location de jet-ski sur place, accès sécurisé 24h / 24. Le salon et les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD / magnétoscope. Il y a un lit king-size dans le master et deux lits queen dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans la chambre à coucher. Nouveaux draps / serviettes dans ce condo, tous les lits ont 300 draps en coton égyptien! Le salon / salle à manger et les deux chambres s'ouvrent sur un balcon spacieux donnant sur 1300 pieds de plage de sable blanc privée. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas autorisés, et le locataire doit avoir 25 ans ou plus.

Wonderful week!

2 seniors, 2 adults, and 3 kids under 10 all had a great week stay here. Unit location was perfect: great view, close to elevators, and very quiet. Unit was just as described and we had no issues. Parking was super easy and convenient. Beach and pools were clean and staff was nice. The beach shop Shipwreck across the street was one of the best we’ve been to and Crushed Glass Art Studio PCB down the street made the best souvenir. Overall we had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Ocean Views and Sunsets

Was a quick winter getaway for my son and I. Both bedrooms had equally beautiful ocean views. Comfortable beds and loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Great balcony with comfortable furniture for watching sunsets and a few dolphins going by. Easy access to the beach. Convenient parking right out front.

Wonderful stay, will book again!

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were excellent and being right on the beach is always a plus. We will book again, and look forward to returning soon.

Had a wonderful vacation at your Condo. Beautiful and spacious and very clean. Great communication with owner. Great location, 2nd floor was perfect...and beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back next year!

we had a great time the condo was wonderful i was able to get much needed rest. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful, which is one of the reasons i chose Long Beach. We had an amazing stay! Long Beach is our favorite resort and this condo was perfect. Everything we needed plus more was there for us as well as the condo was decorated so cute! Being on the 2nd floor was also a plus.

It was a good location and room was nice just had a smell in one bedroom and the washer had a mildew smell! It was clean but not the clean I like so I had to end up doing a little bit of cleaning when we got in. But otherwise our stay was great!

Great condo

We really had a wonderful stay but we were accused of damages that we did not do. It is a great place to stay but I will be more cautious of looking I eat things carefully and taking pictures of everything from now on.

40th anniversary

best time ever. we had amazing time. the condo was beautiful the beach was awsome but you could not beat the pools. walking distance to alot of things from shopping to grat restraunts. we plan already to book for next year.

The best!

The condo is exactly as pictured. In fact, I think it’s even more gorgeous in person. It also has everything you need! From a baby play pen to pots and pans and plenty of kitchen items. Towels galore and so much more. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are the best I’ve slept on. I’m pretty picky when it comes to mattresses but these were definitely good. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

Very nice condo, one glitch

Let me first say, the condo is very nice, great location (as we knew as we have stayed Long Beach Resort for ten years) and the owner seemed nice and was responsive. However, I would not stay here again as the thermostat has a Bluetooth lock on it. There were days it got very warm in the condo and it was not comfortable at times. We reached out to the owner the first night and she kindly offered suggestions which we already knew staying at LBR many times before. However, we have never had this issue before LBR. I understand some renters may abuse the air conditioning with open doors, etc. as she referenced her unit freezing up. That seems like an issue to be addressed as with common sense use in every other unit we’ve stayed in we’ve never had a problem. It’s just something we know to ask now ahead of time and should be disclosed.

Outdated, Dirty and beware of scam!

The resort itself it beautiful and would definitely stay there again. However, do NOT rent from this owner. We arrived around midnight to the unit. All three beds had sand in the sheets. I had to wash the bedding. The floor was also sandy upon arrival and the vacuum barely works. The washer door is broken and hard to get it closed. There are water stains on the ceiling tiles. The televisions are all completely outdated!! I was hoping for Smart TVs, but brought my Roku in case. However, the TV didn't have an USB port so we couldn't use it. Don't count on catching up on Netflix! The day of our departure, I got a very rude text stating they were keeping our deposit because we left the place a mess. I informed her that we were already billed a cleaning fee. She continued to be extremely rude to me. Yes, the place was left messy, but not horrible and nothing was ruined. Before checking in, she sent me a text stating that the last guest left a stain on the couch. She then tried to send me a picture of the couch blaming us for it. I can't stress enough how rude this lady was! If you rent from them be warned that they will try to scam you out of your deposit. This resort is amazing, but there are many other units to choose from in this resort. I did report them to Vrbo for trying to keep the deposit. I was informed they couldn't do that as I was already charged the cleaning fee. The customer service from Vrbo was amazing when dealing with this nonsense!

Ken and I (Jennifer) have realized our life long dream of owning a condo on the Gulf Coast. We hope we can share our home with you.
After many years of hard work, we have retired. Ken is the previous owner of a Trucking company and Jennifer was previously a Software Engineer.
We lived in Gwinnett County, Georgia for over 30 years and have recently built our retirement home in South Alabama.
We have 2 married children and 4 sweet grand babies.

The views in this entire unit are just AMAZING!

Even though Long Beach Resort is right in the middle of all of the action, when you are on the resort grounds, you feel right at home.
Not crowded like neighboring beach areas. The pools are fabulous. The snack shack is very convenient.
