Golf Trip with Friends

Myself & 3 friends went down to spend a few days golfing. The house is beautiful and very clean. We spent most of our time out on the patio next to the pool. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Wife's Birthday Trip

The Cape Escape was a Great Getaway for us. Our 3 Adult Children and Spouses, and 1 Grandchild all had a great time. The House and Pool where just what we where looking for. Lake was a bit windy for Kayaks and Fishing but we did our best.Did a beach day to Sanibel and the traffic was horrible.Host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions and helped us through a minor issue with the Pool and Spa.Would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

All about Cape Escape met expectations plus more! The property is well maintained and fully equipped for lounging, sunning, eating, sleeping, biking, beaching and even fishing - caught trout! Our party included 8 adults - one octogenarian using a walker, 3 adult couples (one of which brought their 23 month old), and 1 twenty-something. Even the weather couldn't have been improved upon... a pleasant surprise for the end of Dec. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your place with us.

4th of July Getaway

We loved our stay over the holiday week! The house was everything we had hoped for, and more. Pool was fantastic, canal was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and area activities. Would love to stay here again. It’s not easy to find a home that satisfies the needs of adults and children, but this one absolutely did!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The house was VERY clean. The view and sunsets were amazing. We had to bump our trip up a week and the property manager was absolutely amazing and got everything changed ASAP on a Sunday! We loved it there.

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful Cape Escape! The pool and hot tub were everyones favorite daily activity! The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoy site seeing as well. We loved feeding the turtles and fish right off our dock! 5 star stay!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING - CAPE ESCAPE

My Wife and three children just came back from the Cape Escape, it was incredible from check in to check out it was seemless. The property itself is clean, well designed, it truly felt like home. Property Manager was Unreal!, 5 stars all around. Will be returning to the Cape Escape.

Staycation

Such a beautiful home. The backyard views were breathtaking. Especially around sunset time. The host was very good at responding back with any questions I had. The home looks exactly like it looks in the pictures. I live in the area so it was more of a staycation for me but I had family from the east coast of Florida come and visit. We used the kayaks and it was so much fun. We saw a few turtles in the water super cute! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

EXCELLENT Family rental.

The whole family LOVED this property and definitely will stay again soon. It has everything you need. Plenty of room for 3 families and an AWESOME POOL AREA. The kids loved it! Perfect Family Getaway

Cape Escape provided my family and I everything we needed to have the perfect family vacation. The house was simply beautiful, clean and well equipped. The sunsets we saw every night from the dock right out back were breathtaking, people didn't believe the pictures I took especially when I said there were no filters on them. My dayghters and husband enjoyed fishing every morning and the pool was a favorite of everyone. We were a short drive from beautiful beaches and overall had the most amazing time. Cape Escape is spacious that we all had our own space but had plenty of areas to come together as a family. We would definitely love to book again next summer!

Best house by far!

The layout of the house is absolutely perfect- cleanliness top notch- had everything you could possibly need and then some. Cape Coral itself was crazier than we had anticipated- traffic was a nightmare but this house was the most amazing there is. Loved every inch of it. Exceptional luxury home, pool and view!

We loved our stay at Cape Escape! The four bedroom three bath home was absolutely gorgeous! It had high ceilings and was decorated very nicely in a modern style. The highlight of the stay was the pool, and the incredible sunset views every night over the lake. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed feeding the turtles and using the kayaks and bikes. There were multiple public golf courses readily available as well.

Escape from Wisconsin

The house was very nice and had the amenities needed. Everyone enjoyed the pool and feeding the turtles from the dock; a very relaxing vacation all around!! The only feedback to mention would be the pressed checkout time with the request of washing, drying and folding towels prior to a 10am. The other item would be the cleanliness of the pool area; specifically the torn rattan on the dinning chairs, mold on the rugs and dirt debris along the perimeter of the Lanai.

Nice house, just need a to be cleaned better

The property is nice but now the location is not the best, but not terrible, more new construction homes are coming looks like they are building lot of new homes so this will help this house, I recommend, just make sure they guaranteed that is clean and no dog hair

The villa of friends and family

Hi, We loved the villa. We were 10 people, we come from France, 6 adults and 4 teenagers and everything was perfect. The villa is spacious, the pontoon with our friends the turtles and fish for the sunsets was magnificent. The villa is very well equipped and we had everything nearby for shopping. The swimming pool and spa allowed us to relax with friends and family. We will only keep good memories and we will come back. We give you 5 stars. Christine, Fred, Keoni and Luana.

A very enjoyable stay

8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. We mostly used the outdoor space which we found to be great. A nice pool and spa (heated) and adequate seating. Nice table and chairs - any meals we ate at the villa were eaten here. The boat deck was appealing too as it offered an opportunity to see the turtles and at one point also a snake swimming, and some of the group took the kayaks out on the lake and there was also some fishing done. It was great to see all the wildlife, many different types of bird, including an osprey. One morning when we got up there were 2 racoons resting in a neighbouring tree. All of the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was nicely equipped and previous occupants had left some provisions that we were able to use. I'd highly recommend this villa.

This home is a wonderful home on a wide freshwater spreader that has amazing sunsets and great fishing. As soon as you will walk in you will feel like you are on vacation. This vacation will be one for the books with plenty of great memories and stories. The home is very open with large rooms for everyone to relax and enjoy. Spend time out by the pool, in the hot tub, or catching some fish on the dock. There is a completely fenced in yard, 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, and a stroller. You have everything you should need to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and a ping pong table all for your family to enjoy. The Cape Coral Yacht club beach is about 35 min away., Sanibel and Fort Myers Beaches are on average 45 - 60 min away depending on traffic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery stores and shopping. Whatever you choose to do on your vacation is up to you.. even if you choose to do nothing but lay out in the lanai you will have a wonderful time.
