The property is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Has a two-car garage and hot tub. Newly remodeled and very comfortable for up to 10 people. It is a 5-minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge and the Sterling lift at Deer Valley Resort in the winter. And the same for hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Itâs also close to Main Street in Park City for great dining and shopping. This home makes for the perfect trip regardless of the season!
The townhome is a level entry with a two-car garage, kitchen, family room, dining room, outdoor patio, and powder room all on the 1st floor. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with sitting area, desk, large closet, Smart TV, dresser, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub, and separate room with commode and shower. Downstairs has ensuite bedrooms. One with a queen bed, closet, Smart TV, double sinks, and enclosed commode and tub shower. The other bedroom is an awesome bunk room that can sleep up to 6. Has an ensuite, fully-remodeled bathroom with double sinks, and a separated shower and commode. Downstairs also has a full laundry room and outdoor hot tub on a private patio deck.
Nestled above the evergreen trees in Silver Lake Village, Ridge Townhome 19 offers stunning expansive views of the mountains and slopes of Empire Pass and Park City's panoramic snowscape. Ridge 19 is just a five-minute walk from the Silver Lake Lodge and the Sterling lift.
