The Space:
Step into this fabulous, one-of-a-kind condo situated in the heart of Park City that feels like a boutique hotel while offering up all of the comfort and convenience of home. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps eight with style to spare while its incredible location places you within steps of both city and slopes, making it an ideal base for your limitless Park City adventures.

As you enter the home, your comfort and convenience are at the fore where an entry space featuring a bench and hooks makes it easy to hang up your coat and bags and settle in. A bright and beautiful bedroom just off the entrance makes for an inviting retreat with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, crisp linens, and a full-size en suite bathroom. Striking black and white tile work, shower/tub combo, and a single sink vanity welcome you in to wash your cares away in the attached bathroom.

A second bedroom, boasting a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage space, and lots of light is an ideal space to drift off to sleep after a day of fun. A second, full-size main floor bathroom with striking stone and tile detail and a walk-in shower is located just steps from this bedroom, while also serving as a conveniently shared bathroom due to its close proximity to the dining/kitchen/living areas.

The unique, stylish details of this home pull out the stops in the stunning, open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. A third, full-size Jack and Jill bathroom is conveniently located between these bedrooms and features a single vanity and a walk-in shower with lovely tile details.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance of both city and the slopes, making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, so you can go from city to slopes in almost no time at all.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home if needed.

The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).

Please note that there is an available guest parking pass for street parking and residential areas throughout Park City. This was issued from the city and will have a $200 fee when not returned. This pass is not for parking in the garage at the lodge side of Blue Church, nor at the China Bridge parking garage.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
