All new in Provo! Come experience a newly refurbished apartment close to everything! 2 blocks from Utah Valley Hospital, less than a mile to BYU. Walking distance to restaurants. King size bed to insure comfort all night. You'll love this quiet complex with this modern, recently redone unit.

The apartment complex is long known for its quiet comfort. But now, in the first unit to be completely remodeled you get to enjoy all that Parkside has always brought, along with all new appliances, light fixtures, flooring, etc. You'll love the new feel!

You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment.

We utilize coded doors, so you'll never have to see me. Unless there is a problem, and we will be right there to fix.

The apartment complex is located by the Provo Recreation Center, next door to the Pioneer Village Museum. Various restaurants are located within walking distance.

Public bus stop just a block away. Frontrunner Station (Train you can take all the way to SLC and even further north) is 1.6 miles away.

A Great Little Gem

Was in town for the UVU BB games and this was such a nice place to stay. Centrally located to everything! So clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

I needed a place to stay while our son attended an on campus sports camp and this was perfect. I visited family and friends all up and diwn the Wasatch front but had a home base. Highly recommend

Great spot

We had a great stay. Clean and well stocked as stated. Underground parking is tight due to support pillars as stated but ok. I would get out of car before husband pulled into parking spot so he could have the room on his side to get out of car. There are 2 sections of stairs (about 20 stairs) that lead up from parking to ground floor in case that is difficult for someone. Responsive with check in and other instructions. Had a great stay.

Dive meet at the college

Great location if you’re in town for athletes events. My daughter was Diving at the college. It was a perfect location with lots of restaurants near by. The condo was very comfortable.

Great Stay!

We were in town to watch our daughter play softball at UVU. The communication was great and made our stay that much better. The unit is very cute and updated, much better than staying at a hotel.

Easy access and close to most of the cities amenities. The conditions are nice and cozy. Priced at the level of a hotel but features of a furnished apartment with a nice kitchen and laundry facilities. Will stay again if we travel to Provo in the future.

Updated Relaxing Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our visit to this property. We stayed for 4 nights. Location is good with access to many places to eat. BYU is walking distance if you want. The place was very clean and comfortable. We slipped right in and it felt like home. The complex was quiet. Checking in and out was very easy. My wife and I stayed there dropping off one of our kids at BYU. There is an underground parking garage. The spaces are tight. We had a minivan and we couldn’t fit within the assigned lines but it all worked out.

We are 50 something’s, empty nesters with ties to the university so we may be a bit critical in our feedback. The location was great, typical student housing so it felt a bit collegiate for us. The garage and exterior was aged and could use a clean/facelift. The interior was clean, nice bathroom and kitchen. Furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. Shower faucet did not lift all the way thus reducing the water volume flowing from shower head. Bed was ok, seemed well worn. Head board was loose from frame and was not stable and affected sleep. Overall I’d give the experience 3.5/5.0

Great place

Loved this little condo. It was a great location near my kids studying at byu. It was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add some things to your kitchen supplies. I did a considerable amount of cooking during my 5 day stay and I would have appreciated hot pads, a baking sheet, baking dishes and a bigger pot. Otherwise it was great.

Freshly Renovated in a Great Location!

The property was beautifully renovated, clean, and bright. The owner, Todd, was great to work with and even answered my call at 2 AM when we had problems getting into the unit. The location is close to BYU, shopping, dining, the freeway, and the Provo Recreation Center. I did an afternoon run on the Provo River Trail which was only a few blocks from the property. We loved our stay and would gladly return!

The perfect place

I booked this place for my son while he was waiting to get moved into an apartment. It was the perfect for him to come home to after a long day of work. It has everything you need. It’s newly remodeled and done well. The location could not be better. You are close to everything. The owners were great as well. We will rent again for sure.

Parkside Apartments are long known for their great location and quiet, secluded peace. Located beside the Pioneer Village Museum, and 2 blocks south of the Utah Valley Hospital it is close to everything. BYU is less than a mile away. Provo Recreational Center is right around the corner. Restaurants and within walking distance. Its a perfect spot.
