Welcome to the best located home in downtown Provo.
This is within a few minutes walk from Nu Skin offices, historic Provo City Center Temple, restaurants and shopping and within a few minutes drive to the freeway and BYU.
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
The space
This is a house with two levels. The listing is the top main level. The front door is your private entrance and it's designed for VRBO guests only. This space is completely private to you as the guest (no shared spaces). There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room, one full bathroom, full kitchen, dining table and living room. There are two sofa pull out beds that are queen size for additional sleeping space.
This unit fits 6 guests comfortably.

There is a door that remains locked in the laundry room that leads to the basement. The backyard door also leads to the basement. These two doors and the basement are the only areas that are off limits to guests.
Guest access
Guests have total and private access to the whole top level. The front door is your entrance to the Unit. Feel free to use the backyard and driveway for parking.

Great location to event at convention center. Inside is nice, couches comfortable, good water pressure, air con works great etc. The outside is a bit tired porch is peeling, yellow door is dented and needs a good cleaning, front window needs to be cleaned. Was surprised how quiet it was except for the one morning when we were woken up to a group of ladies talking loudly at 4am. We would stay here again because of the good location.

Beautifully maintained home steps from the Provo City Center Temple and BYU. This was a perfect little home for my daughter and I as I was dropping her off as a new freshman at BYU. Great location and had everything I needed. Communication with the owner was great. He responded quickly any time I reached out. Looking forward to staying again!

Great location!

Lovely house. Perfect for 4 people. Great location for a business trip as it was a close walk to restaurants and the Convention Center. Wish there was a blender but otherwise had everything you'd need for basics.

Provo extended stay

This was our longest stay in Provo to visit family. We were very comfortable in the home and it had all the amenities we needed to fix meals for our family and friends. We loved the large table for eating and games. The house is decorated nicely and has a “homey” feel to it. The only point we would mention to make it better overall would be to give the front porch a new paint job.

Fantastic Rental

We were happy that the house was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and comfortable. We spent Thanksgiving Weekend here. Plenty of cookware and silverware. The couches were big and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We would gladly come back.

The house was lovely - clean, easy to enter, and contained slightly more than the minimum necessary to be considered equipped as a vacation property. There were books, and games. There wasn't an assortment of dishwares, pots, etc., kitchen had a basic stove, and didn't contain any specialty appliances like chopper or beater - so it's not a big food prep kitchen, but we had no issues with anything. There was a slight cat odor smell when we entered, but once we were in the house, but it went away quickly. There are a few little gems of restaurants within easy walking distance, and in the property next door there's a boutique nail salon. I wish we had known - I would've booked mani-pedi's for my daughter and I. For out of towners- Center street is around the corner & absolutely full of life in the evenings - live music, ice cream parlors, karaoke... very family friendly.To our host: please consider putting an alarm on the property or an additional interior bolt on the door. While the neighborhood does appear quiet and low traffic, we would have felt more comfortable if there had been a way to lock up internally that the host/cleaning crew/past guest couldn't access using the standard key. I did end up putting items in front of the doors at night, because a single keyed door handle isn't quite to the level of security standard we expect as a traveling guest. We'd recommend this property and are grateful to the hosts for making it available for our use.

Charming house near downtown Provo and close to BYU

Very charming 2 bdrm home near downtown Provo and close to BYU. Just around the corner from a nice mexican restaurant and bakery and close to the grocery store. The 2 bdrm and queen beds were perfect for the 4 of us as we spent two days with our kids getting settled into their college housing. Plenty of room to relax, hang out or just watch movies, very clean and just as pictured. My one suggestion is to find a parking spot on the street early as it fills up very fast. Hosts were quick to respond with questions and suggestions.

Very old and run down. The area felt unsafe. The railings to the porch are unsafe as was the hose running across the entrance. What was even being watered, the lawn was all weeds. The porch was filthy and unusable where the seating was. The towels smelt dirty. Coffee pot was broken. Overall very very disappointing.

Fantastic Stay and Experience

We had such a great stay we extended an extra night! The proximity to the City Center and easy drive to BYU and other areas made this an ideal home for our stay. The home is small and the two bedrooms were a bit tight but not inconvenient. The listing showed driveway parking available but there is only street parking available. During the day parking got a little crowded on the street but had no issues finding parking in front of the house at night. There are downstairs tenants we heard from time to time but did not ruin our experience at all. WiFi was fast. There were several small black beetles of some kind all over the ceiling and front door that we had to take care of to keep our younger one from freaking out but I didn’t mind them. Keep the porch light off to deter bugs from hanging out on the porch.

Great spot with good proximity to campus

This place is absolutely darling. There were only two of us staying there, but we could’ve had more. It was a wonderfully well appointed place. One of my pet peeves is when a rental place does not have enough dining room chairs for the number of people they claim they can sleep. This was not the problem here and there was also plenty of couch space as well. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. There’s no dishwasher, but that was not a problem. I liked the location. I felt like I could get right where I wanted to go quickly. I especially liked that I could see the Provo City Center, Temple from the side front windows. The hosts were very responsive. I didn’t have any need for them during my visit, but when I messaged them before my stay, and as I was getting ready to depart, they were prompt to reply.

We arrived to the property and had no check in instructions. Ex how to access the bldg, no door code or instructions where the key was. We later found it but never received anything from the landlord. The space was also not cleaned and none of the laundry was done including the bed sheets. We got ahold of the owner and had to put the linens on the bed ourselves.We were also not notified there was a tenant in the basement. We found this out in the middle of the night after the tenant in the basement started making a ton of noise and woke us up which was unsettling. We thought the home was being broken into but after further investigation heard talking and went around the back of the home and saw a seperate entrance and a bicycle so we knew there was another tenant in the home which was not mentioned in the listing.

Sure! Nice Place!

This is a cute and clean two bedroom, The kitchen had most things we needed. Hooray! The beds were soft. There were a couple of things that I would’ve like to know before I went. For example, there is only street parking. Also, the basement is occupied and you can occasionally, hear the residents. On the night I arrived, my plane was late. I had to park down the street, the porch was dark, and the code would not work to allow me in the house. Yikes! However, I reached out to the host and he immediately fixed the lock remotely. It was 12:15 am. There was an obligatory insurance added on after I agreed to rent this place. That was $59 I was not interested in spending for 2 calm adults. I think those things if they had been disclosed as part of the description, I would’ve found this house to be spot on delightful!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t love about the stay was that if people were talking outside on the street or at the neighboring house you could hear everything and it was just as late on Monday night as Saturday.
