Situated in an enviable ski-in, ski-out locale within the exclusive Deer Crest community, Snownest is a stunning 4BR/5BA townhome -- your ticket to slopeside paradise. With over 3,000 square feet of opulent living space across four stories, this mountain lodge-style masterpiece boasts exquisite architectural details and lovely views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Enjoy two fantastic suites and a top-floor flex room -- great for both families or working professionals.

Après ski relaxation awaits on the elevated deck. Rejuvenate with a soak in the private hot tub and admire the expansive views. Two balconies offer additional outdoor space for taking in the fresh mountain air.

Step out the back door for direct access to a ski-in, ski-out trail connecting to the most beautiful, private ski run in Deer Valley! Or, travel just 5 minutes to Snow Park. LIVING AREA

Beautifully appointed with a set of sofas and gorgeous leather armchairs, the Great Room boasts vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a gas fireplace. Upgraded TV with cable and streaming services is ideal for family movie nights or watching a sporting event.


KITCHEN & DINING

Gourmands will appreciate a state-of-the-art open kitchen and dining area, detailed with high-end Wolf appliances like a six-burner gas range as well as quartz countertops.

A three-seat island anchors the cooking space. Gather for meals in the corner dining nook, furnished with a spacious dining table.

BED & BATH

The primary suite holds a king bed, gas fireplace, and private balcony with mountain views. A spa-like en-suite bath has a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.

Rest on a king bed beside the gas fireplace in the second suite. Enjoy a TV and en-suite bath with a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.

A third bedroom has a full-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

The top-floor bunk room is perfect for a family with two twin-over-queen bunk beds, TV, and a desk that could double as a work from home space. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

An additional guest bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Soak in the mountain-view hot tub on the back deck. Two balconies offer more private outdoor space -- unwind with a drink on the furnished balcony off the living room.

This all-season basecamp features a mudroom with abundant storage; store skis and mountain gear in convenient built-in cubbies lining the hallway.

A gate card is provided for ease of access through the gated Deer Crest Community to Snow Park Lodge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Spring ski getaway

Wonderful location, perfect spring skiing with fresh snow, very comfortable accommodations, well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, loved the hot tub, figured out the trail back home from the Mountain! Having the access pass over the Mountain was extremely convenient. Would stay again!

Well appointed property, nicely decorated and very airy. Depending on snow conditions, ski in can be a little challenging during warm weather, spring skiing.

Nice stay but needs a few areas of attention.

I liked the overall size of this property. Nice area and very safe. Close to both Heber and Park City/Deer Valley. I wished I had known that you could use the private entrance to Deer Crest to get to Park City quicker. Overall, stay was nice.

Perfect Ski In Ski Out Location

We had 6 adults in our group, the townhome could have accommodated more. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Views from multiple rooms were spectacular but the best part was ski in and ski out. You ski on a private ski trail maintained by the neighborhood to the gondola. Great place!

Perfect for a Group Ski Trip

This place worked out very well for a guy's ski trip. There were six of us and everyone had their own bed. The ski in, ski out worked perfectly! If you book this place, communicate directly with Vacsa because they don't answer the VRBO messages.

House was outstanding. Ski right down to the Jordanelle Gondola. Great views. Hot tub had a heating issue and only worked part of the time. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home

Hi, we were impressed by this home, its amenities and the views. We had all the tools we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were so cool. It is 4 levels, so be prepared to climb a lot of steps to get to bedrooms, but overall. Very nice, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Home, Fantastic DV Location

My family of 9 absolutely enjoyed staying at this home while skiing Deer Valley. It is always a bit of an adventure to discover a new ski-in / out path while staying at a new house, but this access was one of the best we’ve enjoyed. Wonderful stay! Easy process. Thank you.

Perfect ski-in-out for 2 families

We completed our stay at this Deer Crest property and really enjoyed ourselves. We had 2 families, 4 adults, 5 kids and it was perfect. We liked the 2 masters for each family and there were enough beds and space to spread out. Just a few minor cons: the microwave smells like something burned in there. The upstairs shower didn’t have a handle so we couldn’t use that shower during our stay. We called it in, they took a case, but it wasn’t repaired during our stay. It wasn’t a huge issue since we had other showers that we could share. There are a LOT of stairs in this home. We were fine, but it does take some effort getting huge luggage pieces to the lower master. We loved the ski and boot/helmet closets on the lower level that made the ski-in/out much easier in spite of the stairs. The ski in-out works well. Just make sure to take the private trail skiers left of the gondola. There’s another entrance to the right, but that’s not it. Kids liked the hot tub and it worked really well. I would probably rent this property again if we come back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The house was clean, the views were nice, and it has amenities like luxurious bathrooms with soak tub and steam showers, balcony, games, and hot tub. The house was as described, however, we did encounter some issues during our stay such as the A/C not working the first day we were there and the freezer not staying frozen the entire stay. I contacted the Vacasa customer service about the A/C the next morning since we were traveling with two young children and it was supposed to be hot the rest of the time we were there. The customer service representative was very helpful and he contacted the property manager. The property manager came to look at the A/C the same day I called and addressed most of the issues timely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the views from the hot tub were amazing!

Glorious stay dampened by no water on the final morning

The location and property are really wonderful - gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and lots of space to spread out. It's a quick ski to the Jordanelle lift and there's a private trail back. We were surprised when there was no water on our final morning. When I reached out to the customer service line there was no explanation and a lackluster "thanks for letting us know" response.

Great House Horrible Property Management

This house is great but I would not stay there again given how bad the property management company was. This house is currently managed by Vacasa and when you call them with an issue you are speaking with someone in another country. The people you speak with are very nice and say they will contact the local property management team and get back to you. Never heard back from anyone after multiple calls on multiple days. I am still waiting to hear back from them as promised and we left the house four days ago. We would absolutely stay at this house again if they had different property management that was local.

Guys Ski Trip Feb 2024

This place is as advertised- clean, roomy, a really nice set up. We had six guys but it could easily accommodate more people. It was our first time to Deer Valley so we weren’t familiar with the hill. Knowing what I know now, here’s helpful information to those in the same boat: 1) ski in/ski out sometimes isn’t as advertised. This place is a true ski in/out. 2) the ski out aspect is serviced by the gondola on the far left side of the hill. During high wind days, this is the first lift to shut down. We were there during a decent storm, so this happened two different days. You just need to have a Plan B. 3) the ski in is accurate too. It is a blue narrow trail that is fairly long. One day we got 13 inches and because this is a private trail, it is rarely used. My wife, who is more a green/blue skier, would have struggled to get back. Would rent here again.

Great Stay w/ One Exception

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group rented the property for a 3-day weekend and overall had a great stay. The home is spacious w/ comfortable furniture, luxury appliances, fully-stocked chef's kitchen, three patios w/ beautiful views and a large hot tub that fits 6 people pretty comfortably. Other cool features include a steam shower in the large king room, heated toilet seats in two of the bathrooms and a mud room on the bottom floor w/ closets & hooks for ski equipment.The ski in/ski out experience was incredible. ski out the back door to the Jordanelle Gondola and the way back is a scenic blue run right to the back door - perfect way to end the day.Self check-in and check-out was very quick and easy as the door comes with digital locks. WiFi was fast and never went out. The Turnkey team communicated very efficiently.This would've been the perfect stay if it weren't for one exception: The house has a smart water shutoff device. The first day, multiple people took showers at the same time which caused an abnormal surge in water consumption. The device proceeded to shutoff the water and it took us awhile to figure out how to reset the device and turn the water back on. Throughout our stay, we needed to constantly reset the water, which was very irritating. The owner should obviously raise the water limit or turn it off completely during guest stays to avoid this issue.
