L'un des premiers condominiums 5 étoiles de Deer Valley. Cette aprox 3900 pieds carrés condo a été rénové et décoré avec soin. Aucun détail n'a été laissé de côté. Profitez des vues magnifiques sur Deer Valley à l'intérieur, ou sur votre propre terrasse privée avec un nouveau bain à remous 7 personnes avec barbecue à gaz sur le pont. Le niveau inférieur est complet avec un bar, table de billard, Ms Pac Man Cocktail Arcade avec 410 Classique Jeux et Playstation 4. Le condo comprend également trois écrans plats de 65 pouces avec chaînes HD et le système audio Sonos dans l’ensemble du condo.

Il y a 3 suites de maître avec salle de bains et une chambre supplémentaire à l'étage inférieur avec salle de bain individuelle.

Une navette gratuite vous amène à Deer Valley pour le ski de classe mondiale. La navette de ski toutes les 15 minutes juste devant votre porte. Un bloc 2 descendre la colline vous place sur la ligne de Park City Bus gratuite. Prenez ce bus de Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons ou la rue principale historique dans la vieille ville. Awesome Condo, Great Family Memories

We have been coming to area for years. This condo is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Clean, spacious and amenity rich make this a wonderful place to call home, while away from home. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire trip a joy - pre arrival, check in and check out were all extremely easy and painless.We look forward to coming back!

Convenient Luxury

The property is just a stone’s throw from Deer Valley Resort and downtown Park City. Very well appointed home made our family vacation perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect!

This was our first trip to Park City/Deer Valley and we absolutely loved it. Trent's condo was perfect for us (3 couples)! The views, decor, location were all amazing! Trent was always available, even though we didn't need anything since the condo had absolutely everything we needed. One of the many highlights was sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Trent!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. The host was prompt and responsive to our needs. The property was close to everything and had gorgeous views. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!

Everything was so very easy. The house is awesome! Great hot tub. Awesome game room. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Shuttle picks you up in minutes and takes you right to the base.

We had a wonderful time at the condo and I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. Trent was very eay to work with. My only regret is the weather, rained 3 days which is unusual.

JUST FABULOUS

Great condo- the pictures do not lie. Location is walking distance to downtown Park City and very convenient to the whole area. Trent, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is 100% perfect. Do not hesitate to book this property if you can. Having stayed in several VRBO’s, this one is head and shoulders above any others.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed in Trent’s place with 5 grown kids 18-23 and a 6 year old. The place couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. Location was quiet but just a 5 minute drive to all the action. Condo was just as pictured and clean! Trent was great to work with. Was always just a text or phone call away but he never intruded and all communications with him were comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Park City.

Beautiful cozy home in Deer Valley. On Demand Shuttle to skiing is a big plus. You just sign up for the App. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was ok. The hot tub and pool table a plus.

Gorgeous house with gorgeous views

A group of 8 "old" friends found this to be the perfect place to relax, sit and talk, cook and enjoy meals around the large table and enjoy the deck with beautiful views. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the house was in a great location, only minutes to the grocery, wine store and downtown. Trent is a super host who quickly responds, and he was more than generous with his time and to our requests. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Meeting in the Middle

Although Utah is not halfway between Florida and California, it is where we decided to meet for the family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Although I gave the description of this place 5 stars I would award more stars because the photos did not do it justice! It was the most perfect place for 12 people. The layout was made for a large group. It gave space for everyone to be in different areas enjoying themselves. Some were in the hot tub with fresh snow around them, others enjoying wine on the couch watching the fireplace and catching up with each other’s lives, some were in the kitchen eating snacks and others playing pool and making a puzzle in the game room. The teens and early 20-year-olds walked to the adorable town, with fantastic restaurants might I add. Us older people drove the whole 3 minutes to get there. I cannot thank Trent enough for such a warm welcome and the ease of checking in and out was wonderful.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

Everything about this home is truly wonderful! From booking, to check-in, location, amenities, and communication with the owner were easy. The kitchen is ideal for cooking big family meals and is extremely well equipped, in fact, the best we’ve had. The multi levels allow for plenty of options to hang out as a group or for different activities from relaxing, playing pool, pac man or games, or reading in front of one of the fire places. The hot tub is FABULOUS - being protected from weather is ideal. This inviting home offers unparalleled views, the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are nicely appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. Every guest will undoubtedly rave about this home!

Amazing Condo

Check in and out was a breeze. Trent was a wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. The condo is gorgeous with plenty of entertainment from games to a hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for cooking. Our total party was four adults and three kids and we all had plenty of room. About five minutes away from Deer Valley where you can take a complementary shuttle or a quick five minute drive to Main Street in downtown Park City. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our kids were so sad to come home!

An incredible family ski vacation!

This is our second time staying here, but our first in winter. Everything was wonderful, as always! Trent is a very gracious host - super responsive and helpful to any and all questions. We had a blast skiing Deer Valley and making memories as a family! The shuttle service was so convenient for trips to and from Snow Park Lodge. Truly door to door service! The house has everything you need (and more!) and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a full day of skiing! Our kids also loved sledding in the backyard and building snowmen and igloos. The game room is a huge plus too - pool table, gaming system, Pac-Man, Peloton, etc. We all agreed, it was one of our favorite trips and we were sad to leave! Don’t hesitate to book here. You will not regret it!

First time skiing in Utah

We go on an annual ski trip and decided to try Park City this year instead of Colorado. I’m glad we did. Staying at this condo was the best decision we made when looking for a place to stay. It is so convenient so the slopes, Main Street, and the airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all the meals that we made. We looked forward to the hot tub every night after a long day of skiing. We even enjoyed having a pool tournament with our teens. The Ms Pac Man game was a hit too with our kids (ok mostly me). Trent was very kind and allowed us to check out a little later the day we left. He was also very responsive when I had to text him a few times. We will definitely go back to Park City and stay here in the future. Book this one today - you won’t regret it!

Mountain Paradise

This was the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Surrounded by mountains and pines, the perfect hide away. Everything we could possibly need was already there. The house was gorgeous and awesome views from every window. It was perfect place we could of stayed forever. So much to do close by or a short drive. Downtown Park City, museums, live Planet Aquarium, Olympic Park, Lagoon theme Park, were just a few we found adventures in. We also enjoyed many hikes beginning just outside our door. We enjoyed most the house and all the places it held for a family to gather, laugh and share. Or private places to sit and read, think or dream awhile. Trent was an awesome host. We felt like his family, ones he invited for a visit. He made our stay a memory we shall always cherish. One we want to return to often. Anything we needed he had provided. Thank you Trent, for sharing this fairy-tale place with us. Hope to visit again soon.

Just Amazing

This property is 10 stars. We stayed for 4 days in February for the kids school vacation. Condo is really a home. Extremely spacious and almost new. Trent was fantastic and always available for any questions that we had. Would give him 10 stars too. The app for the shuttle works great and comes in a couple of minutes. It's 5 minutes to the mountain. We would put our boots on in the condo, shuttle to the mountain and get our skis from the overnight storage. Then onto the lift. So easy. At the condo there is a great hot tub, pool table, sauna, video game and lots of Sonos and TVs. First class kitchen which sadly we did not use. Town of Park City is 6 min drive. We will definitely be staying back here on future ski trips.

Autumn Wedding

We were delighted to find this property for our cousins wedding. It was also a family reunion. The condo was easy to find and had an amazing view through floor to ceiling windows of the fall foliage. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of kitchenware/utensils/knives etc. We could make our own meals or go to downtown Park City-5 minute drive. The exercise room had a bike and a Pilates reformer as well as hand weights. We enjoyed playing pool and using the Hot Tub. The patio is huge with a gas grill and fire pit. Plenty of wildlife walked by to say hi. The bedrooms were nicely spaced and everyone was comfortable. Trent, our host was very responsive and checked in via text frequently. The parking was great. We had a van and one of our guests had a transport van. The main floor bathroom could use a little updating and the refrigerator light was out, but Trent was on top of that. All in all, a great experience at a great property with an attentive host. We would love to come back someday.
