In the living room, you can unwind on plush furnishings around the electric fireplace and the large TV with Xfinity cable. Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with white marble countertops, Viking stainless steel appliances, and a farm-style sink. Convenient kitchen gadgets include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Absolutely perfect!

When you equally look forward to returning “home” as you do exploring the beautiful Park City, you know it is a great place to stay! It truly was the one thing that went perfectly on our vacation! We can’t wait to go back! The location is wonderful, close to everything. The unit had everything you might need. Definitely recommend.

Very nice luxury condo with garage parking

We had a wonderful stay with no issues. We appreciated the small amenities - hand soap at all of the sinks, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, dish soap, washing machine detergent, dishwasher detergent, hair dryer, pool towels and board games. The heated garage was a great bonus as it snowed our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

This was probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The communication with Vacasa was excellent, the accommodation was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and sufficiently stocked with towels and toiletries. The complex got a little busier Friday night, but we basically had the place to ourselves. Will definitely be back.

Clean, modern, spacious yet cozy

We loved our stay here. The condo has high ceilings and feels very spacious with beautiful views. It’s very clean, bright and modern looking but has a cozy feel. The communication about the stay was clear and consistent and the amenities were great. Parking in a closed underground garage that made unloading luggage and groceries easy. Very close proximity to the Cabriolet lift which takes you right to the Canyon Village base. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place but poor Customer service

It was a beautiful place to stay, very modern, up to date and comfortable, the issue if you need to speak with a customer service for any issue you are oh hold for a very long time, we did our trip in summer which was crazy hot in Utah, the only reason to book this one was central AC, But the first night was fine but the second day all day and night the AC only blow air not cooling at all, after calling no one fixed the AC and we had to sleep in hot and had to open all the windows and balcony doors to get some air. Other than that the apartment itself was beautiful, well furnished, clean and was very safe to stay!!

Unpleasant

This property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, many of the furniture items are run-down or dirty, including stains on the mattress, pet stains on the carpet, and lots of mildew and hair in the washing machine, along with a terrible sewage odor that comes and goes in the condo. Booked this condo largely based on the ability to do laundry while skiing. Was not able to wash any clothes. Had to buy extras of basic clothing items. Vacasa staff nationally and locally was less than helpful.

Beautiful but dirty

Beautiful property and great location. However, the property was not clean upon arrival and after texting with a non local person (or, given the text exchange, was it a robot?!?) for 24 hours, nothing got resolved. As such, I had to waste precious time cleaning the condo for 2-3 hours. I had to rewash the sheets on bed in master (they had nasty marks on them from spit and other who knows what and they were full of grit and crumbs...we didn’t even get to use this bed the first night); clean master bathroom floors that had clumps of hair everywhere; clean dishes that were put away only 1/2 clean; and shake out food in the bar stools. If there was a vacuum, I would have cleaned the floors as well as they were gritty too. Lastly, the washing machine smells horrid.

Beautiful unit, but very dirty upon arrival

Very nicely appointed unit and convenient to cabriolet lift and all Canyons Village has to offer. However, the unit was VERY dirty upon check-in: there was hair on the sheets and all over the floors, we found crumbs, a partially-eaten cough drop and pieces of popcorn throughout the unit. There were even stains on the floor around the toilet in the bathroom. Vacasa was responsive but not until the next day after I had already spent an hour cleaning it myself. Additionally, we asked for a late check-out (just 1 hour later) at about 8pm the night before we were leaving, and we were told the late check-out deadline was 4pm, that we had missed the deadline, and it was a hard no (I couldn't find anything in our reservation about this deadline.) Overall we had a nice stay and the unit was nice, but the cleaning and customer service was lacking.

Excellent home away from home

I recently stayed here for several weeks, and it was perfect for a combination of vacation and working remotely. The location is convenient to go anywhere in Park City or drive down to Salt Lake. The condo itself was very well-stocked with paper products, laundry and dish detergent, and kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. I especially enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony. There is quite a bit of construction in the area, but I never heard it from inside the condo. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great spot. All of the fit and finish of a high end luxury property. The unit is on the second floor of three floors - you cannot hear through the walls aside from the occasional very late night elevator sound - but it is extremely faint. The kitchen is super well equipped. Like all of these corporate managed rentals there will little things: -the dishwasher filter needed to be cleaned -the handle in the second shower was loose and actually came off -they allow animals - the front door and the master door have scratch marks from a dog trying to get in/out. -there was dog hair left in the unit I will return.

Nice place, rushed our check out morning

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We asked for a late check out, but were told 10am would be standard check out. At 9:17 housekeeping came by. I told him our check out was 10:00, and his response was it’s 9:17 and usually people check out early, so he was surprised we were still there. I did not know why he would come earlier than the normal check out time. I’m addition, about 20 minutes later, another person came by and said he needed to do an inspection. At that point, we still had about 20 minutes left to pack things up, so I told him if it’s ok we’re not ready, and he said he’ll just wait outside. Kind of felt rushed when 2 people show up to rush you out. The place overall is very nice and spacious. A bit loud with thumping from upstairs and you can hear people in the hallways. Nicely located and easy to get in and out of heated, spacious garage.

Definitely one of the better places ive stayed at in Canyons!

Great Place - Average Wifi

We really enjoyed the property. The beds were comfortable, the appliances new, and overall it was a very clean and fashionable home. The location is also great - it is about a 4 minute walk to the cabriolet. The one issue is that the wifi was weak/spotty. We had issues loading netflix on the TV and working from the apartment was a real struggle. We reset the wifi and that helped a little bit but I think an upgrade may be necessary to fully fix the issue. If you are just skiing though - amazing place.

Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect! 5 Minute walk to cabriolet or load up in the car and drive across the street to park in front of the cabriolet. Enough space to relax and unwind vs. staying in a resort room. We picked up some groceries on the way to the condo and really enjoyed being able to cook in the amazing kitchen vs. spending time standing in lines for resort food. Look forward to coming back!
