Launch a paddleboard from Pebble Beach and cast a line at numerous ponds in the lower Deer Valley area for more adventures.

Outdoor adventures abound! This townhome's enviable locale is a quick drive to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain's skiing, hiking, and biking opportunities. Experience the resort town charm of historic Main Street within a short drive.

Unwind in the chic great room, furnished with ample plush seating. Gather around the beautiful gas fireplace and 60' TV for a cozy movie night. Whip up hearty recipes in the chef's kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, share meals at the dining table for up to eight or at the island for three.

Rest and relax in the serene main suite, configured with a 32' TV and a private covered patio. The spacious en suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet. The expansive loft includes a queen sofa bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle for additional sleeping space.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are also provided.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great family ski trip

House was very clean and comfortable. Open floor plan was great for a family vacation! The house was well equipped with plenty of linens, towels and cooking items. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great House!

The house is exactly as pictured - lots of natural light on the main level/loft, super clean, nice/comfy furnishings, and all the kitchen basics you need. Was a great home-base for Sundance, as the house is 10-15 minutes by car from Main St. bars, restaurants, and shops. Lots of ski resorts close by as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great family home!

Everything was great! It is perfect for two families but ours had plenty of room. It’s located just a few miles outside of the “hub” of park city but literally a 5 minute drive. Very clean and lots of extra pillows and blankets to be cozy. Not lots of pots and pans for major cooking but enough of the basics.

The home was beautiful, even bigger and nicer than we expected. 10 minute drive to Main Street, 18 min to the Canyons. In a peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Able to sled out back & easy to walk the dog & let her play off leash. Not sure, but we felt like there was a security camera hidden in the sculpture on the wall at the top of the stairs. It had a small hole in the middle and sometimes a light would go on when you walked by??? Unfortunately we had a couple of small issues arise, where personal treatment, vs standard automated company responses from Vacasa, would have really helped. We got to the house around 8pm and woke up the next morning to no electricity. The home does not have good cell service, which isn't a problem until you have no internet as well. Without power, we had about 30% chance of a phone call going through and 0 chance of a text. Without power the lower level hallway is pitch black. My husband tripped & fell and got a cut on his nose. There were no flashlights, no first aid kit and no lighter to light the gas stove so we could cook while the power was out. A friendly neighbor helped us out. We also figured out how to unattached the garage door to get our cars out. The last 2 days of our stay there was a winter advisory & lots of snow, which was beautiful. The day we were leaving, my son could not get an uber to the airport in the morning. (I would schedule car service, I heard later that this is an issue). My husband had to jump in the car and take them. I reached out to Vacasa and asked if we could do a late check out (they had offered it 2 days earlier). I got a standard response saying no, new clients coming, cleaning crew coming. I then responded with more details and said we just needed a little extra time til my husband returned. I got the same automated response. Went online and looked at the listing, it showed the house was not rented. Loaded up the car and kids and sat outside waiting for my husband. No cleaning crew ever arrived for the 2 hrs we were there. I understand it was probably scheduled to be cleaned, but maybe dealing with an owner they would have been able to move things a little and help us out. Overall we had a great stay and the home was beautiful. Just know that your dealing with a larger company that does not offer personal service. The 2 Vacasa employees we did encounter in person, (garbage & tub issue) were very friendly and nice.

Holiday Wonderland

Loved the townhouse (stayed exact location 2 years ago), fits our family perfectly, family from Minnesota, California and Utah. We went skiing, snowmobiling, horse drawn carridge, carolling, ice castle viewing, etc.. Had an absolute wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Perfect location

We stayed at Cattail for one week and loved it. I especially liked how it was close to so many things but far enough away so we weren’t in the thick of PC traffic and people. The home was extremely well appointed and had great space for the family to stretch out.

Gorgeous house, very spacious with everything we needed for our stay!

This house was gorgeous! It was beautifully decorated, and the electric fireplace was a bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with a blender, pots/pans, coffeemaker, kettle, etc and were in great condition. They had games and puzzles which was a bonus! And sleds and snow toys for the kids. The location and proximity to park city mountain and Main Street was great! Short and easy drive for us. Cell service was great for me, but parents didn’t have cell service at the house. Turnkey answered all questions promptly before our stay and during our stay.

Spacious and Comfortable

This was our second stay at this home and we love it. It’s spacious, well appointed, clean, and allows us to bring our dogs. Great spot to have friends over for dinner as there is room for all. The loft is perfect for the kids. Without traffic it’s is a 7 minute drive to the slopes and about 15 minutes with early morning ski traffic. Well worth the drive to be in a comfortable and spacious home. We do wish that the master bedroom had a king size bed as all the beds are queens.

Five Stars!

We had a great Thanksgiving at our spacious condo in Frances, Utah! The well- stocked kitchen met all our cooking needs. The master suite was lovely. We only missed the “King” size we often get in our bedroom, but that’s on us. Loved all the throw blankets in the baskets, just ready to snuggle with. A wonderful stay! We’d like to come back!

Very well kept and comfortable. Great setup. And Turnkey was great to work with and very responsive to any of our questions and the couple small issues that arose during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again (and may...)

Wonderful Place in Spite of Management Issues

We too had problems communicating with the management company. Drove 5 hours only to find we were unable to get in the place. After a lengthy wait on hold we were given an emergency code to get in which didn't work either. Then our call got dropped so we had to start all over with another representative who basically did nothing for us. Said he was "investigating". When I asked him what that meant he said he couldn't tell us!! Call got dropped again. Even though we gave him our number in case that happened he never called back!! Finally texted and that communication worked well. They sent out a local representative who was there in 15 minutes. Even he couldn't get in at first. Then diagnosed the problem as a dying battery in the lock, changed it and the code and we were golden. Aside from the management issues we enjoyed our stay and the unit was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Lots of towels, linens and cleaning supplies. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Neighborhood was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again now that we understand texting the management company is what gets results!

Terrible management - never "Turnkey" again, great townhome

I stayed here for almost 3 months. First of all, the townhome is great: Good location and very family friendly. However, I would not recommend renting anything managed by Turnkey Vacation Rentals ever. We had a few issues come up during out stay and the communication and support from Turnkey was appalling. My company sent me some documents that needed signature and it was delivered the day after in the centralized mail-complex of the unit. I searched high and low for a mailbox key - couldn't find one in the unit and called Turnkey 10-15 times during my stay to get a key for the mailbox. I never managed to get one - so I had to wait at the mailbox a couple of mornings and convince the USPS person to let me retrieve the mail directly from her. After a few weeks the weather got warmer and we wanted to turn on the AC at night - it worked for 3 days and then the AC stopped working. I called Turnkey again... When you call them it takes about 10-15 minutes to get someone on the line and you speak with a new person almost every time. So they have to read the notes from your last calls which takes another 5-10 minutes. Every time I spoke to someone about the broken AC unit the experience was the same: the agent was very understanding, promised that they would get a hold of someone and call me back with an update....and absolutely nothing happened... So, I called back 2 days later - same story. Over and over and over again for 4 weeks. The unit was broken for a month where we tried to sleep in 85 degrees at night. Completely unacceptable.

Perfect rental for your Park City trip!

The townhouse was just as described. Roomy, clean and in great condition! I believe we were the first renters of this townhouse and everything was set and ready to go. Added plus was the snow removal service in the neighborhood! Those guys were out there are 5AM two days straight, clearing out the snow from the prior evening!
