Beautifully Renovated Townhome - Steps to Park City Mountain Resort!

This newly remodeled townhome is fully equipt to make your escape to Park City a great one! It is perfectly located on the Park City golf course and is just a short walk or quick bus ride to the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and the Silver Star ski lift. Additionally, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and biking trails. Which makes it the perfect all-season getaway!

Living Room: This cozy living room features contemporary furnishings, a reclining sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 75” LG Smart TV, and vaulted ceilings for an open feel. You will love the golf course and mountain views from the many windows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and the group's chef will love the stainless steel appliances including a five-burner LG Signature gas range with electric double ovens, a microwave, a wine refrigerator, premium quartz countertops, and a peninsula with seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining room offers seating for six. There's convenient access to the back patio, which offers an outdoor table and chair set, and a Weber BBQ grill. * Please note grill may not be usable during winter months due to snow accumulation.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (main level) – King bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, en suite bathroom, double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) –King-size bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, private bathroom with a double sink vanity, and a large shower.

Laundry Room: Behind the hidden door upstairs you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, along with a wall-mounted clothes drying, rack an iron, and an ironing board.

Community Amenities:
Just next door to the condo is the community clubhouse, with a full kitchen, sitting area, table/chairs, fireplace, and locker rooms with a sauna, a year-round heated pool, and a hot tub.

Ski Storage: We do ask that you leave your skis and boards on the patio in the provided rack.

Great condo for Park City!

We've stayed several places in Park City, and this lovely condo is our new favorite. Super easy to get to the slopes, and the fit and finish of the condo felt like someone's home that they were letting us stay at rather than a cheaply manufactured place just used for rentals. Hosts were responsive and the kids and we had a wonderful time. Planning to stay again!

Presidents’ Day Ski Weekend

Perfect location for a quick weekend ski trip. Short 10 minute walk to lifts. Beautiful finishes, clean, well stocked - probably one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Great rental!

The location is perfect! Easy access to Park City. Beautiful views of golf course and mountains! Great neighborhood to walk in. Clean, newly renovated and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place, Great Location

We were very impressed with this condo. You could tell the condo was recently renovated. Space was great for us and the couple that enjoyed for a ski weekend. Home was just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with the right pans, utensils, etc. Lastly can’t beat the location if skiing. Short walk to lifts. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, peaceful and as advertised

We had a lovely stay - the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen offered a very sleek and open design with plenty of work space and cookware. Door lock gave us some issues upon arrival but hosts were accessible and able to resolve in short in order.

Location Couldn’t Be Better!

This condo was amazing! My wife and I came with another couple and having two king beds and our own bathrooms was great. Views were beautiful of the snow covered golf course and mountain, and getting to and from both Park City mountain village and Main Street was very easy! Owners were very accommodating throughout our stay and we highly recommend.

Exemplary Park City Property

The townhouse was perfect! Super clean, excellently maintained, and very well decorated. The hosts, Jamie and Teri, were very easy to contact, and went above and beyond with helping us out. Parking was easy. The association pool/hot tub were very clean and an added bonus to the trip after a day of skiing. Great location: a short walk or bus ride to the Park City Mountain Village and the chairlifts. We rented skis from Jackson's Base Camp in the Park City Mountain Village; you can leave the skis there overnight too. Ten Minute drive to downtown. We liked Annex Burger and Red Banjo Pizza for dinner. Overall, an amazing property.

Epic Ski Vacation

We had THE BEST time here! The townhouse was beautiful and super-clean. The owners were very responsive and helped to answer all of our questions. The location is fantastic; a ten minute walk to the Park City Mountain chairlifts. We rented skis from Jackson’s Base Camp right near chairlifts; great service and you can store your skis at their store overnight. We would absolutely stay at this townhouse again! ❀

Simply stunning

From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed by the impeccable design, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful views from the rear windows. Fully stocked kitchen w/quality appliances & cookware. Tranquil neighborhood. Close to free shuttle or inexpensive Uber ride to Main Street. It was THE best VRBO we've rented. Great Property and great location

Came to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. This is in a great location for the festival because its right in the middle of all the theaters but off the main street so it was very quiet. Place was exactly as described and the host was quick to answer any questions we had. We are planning on attending the film festival every other year and will be looking to book this property if available. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Couldn’t be any happier with this property. Perfect condo

We absolutely love this property! We came during the summer to escape the Texas heat. This condo was perfect with every amenity imaginable. It was beautifully remodeled, and it was really nice to have two separate bedrooms with their own private restroom. We did a lot of cooking at home and took advantage of the beautiful patio. It was a perfect location that was close and central to a lot of things. We even could walk to get a coffee or breakfast in the morning. We would love to stay at this property again!

Park City - Three Kings Townhome

A bright, newly remodeled ground floor townhome on the golf course with mountain views of PCM. The unit and kitchen are exceptionally well appointed. An easy 5 minute walk to the PCM ski lifts, 10-12 minutes to the grocery store. We took a shuttle from SLC airport and had no need for a car during our ski week. Bus stop for free access to oldtown is right in front of unit. BBQ on deck is a nice touch for cooking in.

Everything is new and lovely!

Beautifully renovated condo conveniently located near all the restaurants, shops and grocery stores in downtown Park City. It’s a corner unit with lots of windows and natural light overlooking an expansive golf course with mature trees. We sat on the deck multiple evenings to watch golfers while we enjoyed the view of the mountains. Everything in this unit is new and clearly designed with an expert-decorator’s eye. The beds, the furniture, the decor, the finishes
even the towels, dishes and flatware are all new! The spacious unit is elegant and gorgeous, with a reserved parking spot and very friendly owners. During our stay, I engaged the owners with a couple questions and they immediately responded with helpful information. We’d love to return. Thank you!

Nicely renovated three kings condo!

Great spot in the Three Kings neighborhood! We enjoyed an extended stay at Jamie's nicely renovated property, and it felt like home quickly! Well stocked kitchen and easy ski and trail access. We walked to main street, but there's a bus stop right outside if you prefer a short ride instead. Jamie was very responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in gorgeous home

We came to Park City for a week of skiing and were super pleased with the accommodations. The home is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen especially had everything you would need to make meals after a long day of skiing. It was a 10 minute walk to the main ski lifts at Park City and there were frequent buses stopping in front of the house. Easy to communicate with owner too! Would definitely stay again.

Loved this condo!!

Great place. Perfect location. Walked to Silverstar ski lift which waa such an easy way to get on the mountain and avoid crowds. Bus stop right outside condo and easy trip to Main Street. Condo was clean and well designed. Felt new and modern. Beds so comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again!!
