100 Yards to Lift! Silver King, Pool and Hot Tub

This fully renovated Silver King 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo is located at the foot of Park City Mountain Resort and has beautiful mountain views. The upgraded kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances makes it a joy to stay home with family and friends. A large and comfortable living and dining area is warmed by a wood fireplace and features a brand new 55" flat screen TV and a Bose Bluetooth stereo system.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and has an extra long twin over queen bunk bed. It also has a large dresser for storage and space to hang clothes (there is additional storage in the foyer closet, if needed) . There is also a pull-out couch in the living room so you can sleep up to 7 people.

There is a private hot-tub inside the condo with doors that can be closed to separate it from the bedrooms. In addition, a pool table, game room, public hot tub, sauna and gym are all available within the building, or take a dip in the year round indoor-outdoor heated pool.

After skiing or boarding, head over to Old Town Park City, a historic mining town with many shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. Three minutes by car will take you into the heart of the town, or hop on the free Park City shuttle bus that stops outside your door! There is heated underground parking for your car (max 2 spaces), but the shuttle is so convenient, you may never use the car.

Great location, clean space

The location of this property could not have been better! The space was clean and the communication with property management was excellent. My only complaint is that there is very little opportunity for natural light due to the placement of the windows, so it is very dark even during the day. The hot tub area is also a waste of space in my opinion and is bothersome when trying to go to sleep at night. But, overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

Good option for families near lifts

Location was ideal (football field from the slopes). 2/2 condo was in good and clean condition. Unit included in an indoor hot tub. Common area hot tub is indoor. Heated pool is indoor and outdoor.

Super Convenient

Steps away from slopes! Hot tub in room and community pool/hot tub. Bus stop in front lobby! The ski lockers in the location were full but we valet checked them with Jackson Base Camp (awesome rentals) so it did not matter. The parking under the condo is great for keeping the car ice/snow free. If arriving late after front desk closes coordinate early. I had to wait 30 min for the after hours person to actually pick up. A bit nervous at 1:00am

Silver King Ski Weekend

The property is great just across the parking lot from the lifts at PC. There's a bus stop out of the front door with a quick 10 min ride to old town. Everything was easy. Beds were very comfortable.

Super location for the slopes!

We loved the private hot tub and washer/dryer in the unit. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The owner left plenty supplies in the kitchen. We like to cook to avoid high restaurant prices. Great location

We just returned from our stay at the Silver King condo. It is very convenient to Park City Village, and the ski slopes. We had great weather and plenty of snow while we were there, and will definitely be back at some point.

Quick February Ski Trip

Nice location with only a short walk to the main lifts. Free Bus transportation just outside the front door takes you almost everywhere! Property has an in-unit Hot Tub which is nice after a days' skiing. The property is nice. It could use some updating and added features to really make it a premium spot. That said, you'll be comfortable.

Relaxing

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could quickly get on the slopes, hop on a free bus to lots of places, relax in the heated pool and/or hot tub. Also we had a private hot tub to enjoy in our room. Owner communicated asking if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful ski location

The condo was comfortable and well stocked with necessities for our family vacation. It was so convenient to have a full kitchen and dining area so we could eat in and have family game night after amazing days of skiing. And the hot tub IN the condo made it a perfect stay!!! Thank you!

Ski Vacation

First time in Park City and the accommodations and location were perfect! The condo is laid out great for families with bunks and a king bed along with a pull out. The bonus of having our own hot tub and a shared hot tub was fantastic. Underground parking and easy check in. Loved our ski trip and look forward to being back next year!!!!!

Perfect PCMR Stay

If you’re looking to ski Park City Mountain Resort you should definitely stay at the Silver King. 1 block walk to the base lifts, shuttle to main directly in front, and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after skiing all day. Will definitely rebook here if coming back to Utah in the future. The property manager and owner were very responsive and made everything very convenient!

Super convenient to Park City lifts

We had a great stay at the condo - fit our family of 6 perfectly. Pictures are true to what you will get. It's an easy walk to the slopes from here even with your gear. The kids also loved the pool, which is heated and indoor/outdoor even in the winter. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Very much enjoyed our visit. 3 adults and 2 adult kids. Great sleeping arrangements for our group. Agree with others hot tub in room isn’t the best use of space with the community one so close but wasn’t a problem.

Old Town was perfect for our stay. Very short walk to the lifts. Stop right outside the building for the free bus service to restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean and the bed very comfortable. In the evenings, enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Would not hesitate to return.

great for skiing

Great condo, clean and cozy well stocked with more than just the basics and close to grocery store. You cant beat walking out the back door across the parking lot and onto the lift. After a full day of skiing the hot tub in the room was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Silver king 318 Life Elevated!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and we loved the indoor pool! This condo had everything we needed. Loved the proximity to the mountain. Short walk across the parking lot. No need for a rental car with this particular location. Great communication with the manager who checked on us during our stay! After a long day of skiing, it was so nice to come back to this warm, cozy condo. We made a fire each night and relaxed with the games, puzzles, and huge TV that were provided. Also, it was our second time to stay at this condo.

Just what the family needed

We are a skiing family with two young boys, and this condo was perfect for us. Separate bedrooms, fireplace, private hot tub, kitchen with all the amenities ... baths are a little dated and there’s not much natural light in some parts of the condo, but really a very good place to stay. Meets everyone’s needs. Location is terrific, 2-3 minute walk from slopes, and the building has a really nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located on same floor so very easy for apres. Check in and check out a breeze. Host super responsive and nice. We will be back!

Great stay

Our family of four stayed during break. Communication with the property manager was easy. He was very responsive. Check in was simple. The unit was very convenient, close to the chair lifts and ski rentals. It also included a ski locker. The underground parking was a plus! My family loved the private hot tub. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen which we used quite often during our stay. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the frying pans in the unit. They’re showing some wear and tear. Otherwise a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again!

Cozy & Convenient

It was our first time staying in Park City. So glad we stayed here because it was a close drive to the restaurants and shopping. The underground parking was a plus because it snowed a lot during our stay. Our daughters were able to just play with the snow right outside. The condo was cozy and the hot tub was nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed. Trashbags, papertowels and soaps were provided. All the kitchen appliances were clean. The washer and dryer was useful as well. The floors just needed some cleaning because the towels were black when I wiped the floors by the hot tub area. Thankful for the extra portable heater, extra blankets, extra towels and toiletries. I suggest a new sectional sofa. But the big dining table made up for it. I would definitely stay here again and we cant wait to go back. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable!
