The Prospector Condos boast a prime location central to all of Park City's highlights, including golf, skiing, snowboarding, Main Street, Canyons, and Park City Mountain, all within a 10-minute drive. Guests without a car can take advantage of the free shuttle that stops just outside our building - head downstairs and turn left to reach the shuttle stop! Our home has undergone a complete remodeling, with top-notch finishes and furnishings. Whether skiing in the winter or hiking and biking in the summer, the complimentary shuttle can take you to the lifts in just minutes!

Our home is in the Prospector complex's serene and picturesque area, providing convenient access to resort amenities. We are a peaceful top-floor corner unit with ample natural light and breathtaking views. The home is on the third floor, accessible only by stairs, as the condo lacks an elevator. The Prospector Condos boast many enticing outdoor facilities, including a spacious fire pit, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Silver Mountain Sports Club is conveniently located downstairs, offering fully equipped fitness facilities and day passes to Park City visitors.

-This is strictly NO SMOKING property
-This building has a strict NO PET policy. Emotional support or service animals must be pre-approved by the HOA, with appropriate paperwork provided before occupying a unit.
-This building observes quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and parties or events are prohibited.
-This condo has a maximum occupancy of 4.
