Enjoy stretching out on the sofa or curling up on one of the armchairs while being warmed by the fireplace. The spacious kitchen is truly a sight to behold. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large prep island, and fun gadgets like an ice cream maker, this kitchen is the perfect destination for the chef of the group. The home has a formal dining area, as well as a breakfast nook in the kitchen, so there’s no shortage of space for dining as a group. The outdoor space is a haven all its own. To start with, the furnished screened porch is perfect for lounging out in the cool of the evening. The back deck is spacious and has a grill. Out front is a lovely nature trail and rope swing. Also outdoors is a firepit for guest use. The property provides one bundle of firewood, so be sure to stock up if you’ll be wanting more.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
