West Winds est une maison de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains située à un pâté de maisons du lac Michigan. Entièrement rénové en 2014, West Winds offre un séjour confortable pour vos vacances au Michigan. Des finitions luxueuses, y compris des comptoirs en granit, une grande douche principale personnalisée et un foyer en pierre empilé. Une suite principale au rez-de-chaussée, deux espaces de vie et une cuisine entièrement équipée complètent la propriété.

West Winds a suffisamment de place pour permettre à plusieurs générations de s’étendre et de passer du temps ensemble. Marchez le long du lac et cherchez le verre de plage par des escaliers publics situés à quelques pas. West Winds est proche des restaurants, des boutiques et des vignobles du comté d'Allegan.

Situé sur presque deux hectares boisés, vous profiterez de l'intimité et vous sentirez à l'écart. Faites griller des guimauves dans le foyer ou profitez d'un bain relaxant dans le bain à remous. Que vous restiez pour un long week-end ou des vacances d'une semaine, vous laisserez West Winds ravivé et rechargé.

West Winds est également situé au centre de Saugatuck / Douglas, South Haven et Holland. Nous sommes très chanceux d’avoir de merveilleux restaurants locaux. Vous pouvez manger au restaurant tous les jours sans jamais avoir le même repas deux fois. Nous avons également accès à l'Interurban, un bus à la demande qui vous mènera à Saugatuck / Douglas. C'est un grand service! Pour une somme modique, il viendra vous chercher à la maison et vous déposera à l'emplacement de votre choix où que vous soyez à Saugatuck / Douglas. Nous l'utilisons surtout en été, quand le stationnement peut être difficile à Saugatuck.

Cozy and Relaxing

This house was great! This is my third time staying here and like always it was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking necessities and the hot tub was great. We spent the weekend relaxing in the hot tub and hanging out in the kitchen and living room. The property is also only a fifteen minute drive from a couple of wineries which made for a nice afternoon outing. I would highly recommend this property for a girls trip, family trip, or a friends trip. Such a nice getaway!

Sister Weeekend

We enjoyed the property, it was perfect for our group of 5 adult sisters. We had plenty of room and would like to return, hopefully with our 6th sister next year. The house was as listed, loved the many bathrooms for getting ready. We spent lots of time playing games, and doing puzzles. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. We knew the kitchen would be well stocked, before opening a cabinet, when we saw the cookbook selection. We guessed the property hadn't been used recently, given the dead bugs near the windows and ledges. Highly recommend.

Always a Pleasure

This was our group’s 3rd visit to this property and it was great as always. So much space, so many amenities, and so easy to book & coordinate. The fire pit and hottub make for a great back yard, and the walk is quick n’ easy to the public access stairs to stroll down the lakefront. We love this house and look forward to future visits.

Fall Getaway

We came up from Illinois to enjoy the fall colors, do some boutique shopping, and enjoy some wineries. The house was a fantastic location for all of that! We also enjoyed walking along Lake Michigan as we were only a block away! The house had everything we needed and wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub and sat around the fire pit every night! We will definitely stay here again!!

Loved everything about this

We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect. Settled in a wooded neighborhood with lots of wildlife, yet still secluded from the neighborhood. The home is so spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was absolutely amazing! I love to cook and this one made it special for me. So clean and beautiful!

Lovely place to stay by Saugatuck

This place is awesome - it has a beautiful yard with a real treehouse feel. It has a great porch and our kids loved the sauna, it's very spacious and we would love to stay again soon! :)

Great Time in Fennville

We had a great time staying at Karen's house - everything about the house was as described, communication and process was really easy, and we loved the neighborhood. The view from the lakeside road is lovely and there is public shore access within walking distance. Getting to a larger public beach is just a 5-10 drive (or bike ride) depending on where you head. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house!

The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with anything you could need. The hot tub was serviced while we were there making me feel confident that it was well maintained. The house is close to Saugatuck & was so beautiful in the fall for the leaves changing color and cooler temps. The host was very responsive. This was by far my best VRBO experience! Oh- and the beds are COMFY!!

Really enjoyed our time at this home

This house is lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked.The large deck out back was perfect for our family of 9 and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We used the house as a homebase as we explored Southwest Michigan. A fun find for us was the North trail in the Saugatuck State Park. We would recommend this house.

A nice house in the woods

This was a nice property with plenty of room for 5 people. I did think that more attention could have been given to cleaning, as well as spider control. Big kitchen and living rooms. There were also a couple of places that were trip dangers

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was so spacious and peaceful. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the hot tub, and the wonderful kitchen. This home is perfect for groups or a family! It was the perfect spot to spend a week.

Perfect Family Space

This home was the perfect place for our 3 generation vacation! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, relax, play and create wonderful memories. The kitchen is the most well supplied I have seen in a VRBO property. The outdoor space is wooded and very private. There are no visable neighbors other than the lovely deer that share the woods. We enjoyed the fire pit and deck. Another advantage to this property is its proximity to South Haven, Saugatuk and Holland, several beaches. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again! cooking

Beautiful home in lovely setting near Lake Michigan

Our family of 6 stayed for a week in August, the home is beautiful. It’s set in the woods with a big deck, a hot tub, and fire pit in the back yard. The kitchen is well equipped. We spent many happy morning hours around the huge kitchen island. The bedrooms are roomy and well furnished and 3 1/2 baths is amazing. We enjoyed the local access to the shore of Lake Michigan, although limited in what we could do, it was a nice spot to watch the sunset. We spent days at world-famous Oval Beach, walked Mt Baldhead Park, and hiked down to the lovely and very empty beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park. A beautiful part of the country and the home is a great place to see it from.

Lovely place for a getaway weekend

My family and I stayed for a weekend and we really liked this house. We had a couple of issues but Karen responded immediately and resolved the issue. The house is in a very good location with the lake just a couple of blocks walk away. We loved the hot tub. We would have liked the rooms to be a little cleaner, but the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Loved the place and location. My girls loved walking to lake shore via the public access just down the road. Great communication with owner. Nice amenities at the home.

Would stay there again

Overall we enjoyed the home with a few suggestions on how to make it better. I think that parking could be improved. No place to turn around in yard. Beach access was difficult to find. Not sure it exists anymore. Raised track in doorway between living room and dining area is a tripping hazard.

Nice property for short stay

Property was nice for a quick weekend or short stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Host was very responsive and check in/out was simple. Location is quiet and peaceful.

Stay in Style and Comfort

This is a very large property. The kitchen has every tool you could wish for. (We didn't use the ice cream maker). There were essentials in the pantry. You can tell we are cooks. With 8 family members, we all found our space. The dining table was a good fit us all. It also served as our game table. Sitting on a windowed porch for these activities was idyllic.

Great Stay

The house is very spacious and well located. Close to Suagutuck/Douglas and also South Haven. The house is nice, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed evenings with a fire and the hot tub is a very nice bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It all started with a need to getaway for a weekend. Being transplants from the west, we rely a great deal on locals who have lived here longer than we have. Originally from Montana, we love being able to escape to the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. A friend recommended the Saugatuck/Douglas because and we have been coming here ever since. Spend your Michigan dream vacation with us!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We started with West Winds, and purchased it with the hopes we could retire here someday. Next came Pinecrest and again with a full remodel - down to the studs. The only original surface in Pinecrest is the knotty pine ceiling. In 2017 from we added to the unique neighborhood in Miami Park - one of the last historically platted neighborhoods in Allegan County. Endless Blue is a spacious home with all you will need to enjoy South Haven and Lake Michigan.
