Property was beautiful. We had a great view and perfect access to the beach. It would've been cool if there had been some games stocked at the house but there was a ton of beach gear. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels. Overall we loved it.

Best value for a home right on the beach!

This home is has plenty of room for large families or group get togethers. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is fabulous! The home could use some updating, but we’ve been vacationing on this coast for 20 years and, if you’ve looked into vacation homes directly on the beach before, you’ll be able to appreciate the value for what you’re getting. The beach is practically your own, with only a spattering of people, never close. We spent most of every day in the sand and the waves, saw 2 sea turtles, and caught our share of sand crabs, whiting, and even a shark. Overall, we were very thankful that we chose this home, saved a lot of money, and had a great week!

Chill family beach getaway

Peaceful neighborhood, right outside of the main touristy area, where you can chill with your family right on the beach. Has everything you need to relax, plenty of bed space, and kitchen amenities. My family loved it! Would stay here again for sure.

The house was great, the Owner was terrific to work with, and the location was the best part. Very happy with our stay. Definitely plan to return again.

Wonderful Time

We stayed for a week! It was myself, 3 of my children and 7 grandchildren! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out the down stairs area for the kids was perfect. In check in there was a little problem with the water pump, but the owner kept us informed on what was going on had people there before check in trying to fix it. They did what they could but had to come back the next day with the new pump! We still had water though. As a home owner you know anything could happen anytime! The owner was very apologetic and even refunded us a nights stay and stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was ok! All in all we had a wonderful stay seen sea turtles every night and my grandson was down fishing at night and even got to see baby hatchling turtles crawling to the ocean! It was amazing. I would definitely stay here ago. Just a shout out to the owner again he was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.The TollsFrom Kentucky

Sulfur water and ants

Didn't know beforehand that you can't drink water and the hot water tank is shot (per Culigan man who came out when we brought to hosts attention, but they turned around and tried to gaslight us and tell us while the water didn't taste great, it was fine). Told to run hot water at least zn hpur each day to empty tank and then it didn't smell as bad yo take a shower. We left 6 days early because we had enough. Hadtold to run water an hour each day

Very nice house in a good location!

The Good Stuff - Minutes from Publix - Four rooms with King beds all very comfortable - Kids room with two bunks - Ample space - Beautiful beach - Turtles every night at 10PM on the beach (June) Needs Work - Downstairs doesn’t get much A/C. Kids room was a bit warm. - Upstairs gets A/C if you close 2nd floor living room kitchen vents at night. Kind of annoying but works. - Kitchen lacks basic things like a strainer - BBQ is a small charcoal grill Overall the house a great value for what you get but there are small things that could be improved. Maybe add a gas grill and a better appointed kitchen. Also, add a $300 portable A/C downstairs and you’re probably there.

Wonderful

Beautiful beach, house was nice, decent assortment of kitchen supplies, espresso machine was nice touch.. lots of Beach and bath towels. Private beach was absolutely wonderful! Beds were all comfortable. Would definitely use this host again.

We have been to many amazing places, but at last we were lucky to find such a unique and angelic place. Beautiful beaches and turquoise blue waters. You are in the middle of town so It is also very convenient for shopping and entertainment. A great place for families. Our little girls love it. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
