1 lit king size dans la chambre principale. 1 lit king size dans la chambre en bas. 1 lit double dans la chambre à l'étage. 2 chambres d'enfants une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit double et un lit simple. Les porches avant et arrière sont un excellent endroit pour se détendre. Faites une partie de volley-ball dans l'arrière-cour et sautez dans la piscine pour vous rafraîchir. Veuillez noter que la diapositive a été supprimée pour des raisons de responsabilité. La maison est équipée d'une fantastique cuisine et de deux salles de télévision. Des chaises de plage, un parasol et 2 kayaks sont fournis. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. La maison a été récemment rénovée et a été meublée avec des meubles de haute qualité. Un croisement de plage privée vous mène à votre plage privée isolée à l'écart du porche arrière.

Amazing Vacation

It was wonderful to go to this property and decompress after a hectic week at Disney. We felt so fortunate to be on the beach and also have a pool in the front yard. The grandkids especially loved the pool. On a windy day it was nice that the house blocked the breeze and the kids could play at the pool all day.The kitchen at the house was the best stocked kitchen I've seen! Two sinks, two ovens, two microwaves and a double wide refrigerator! Oh yes a dishwasher, too. No Keurig coffee machine though, but everything else. Having the option to eat indoors or outdoors was nice! Big, solid picnic tables in the front and back porches served a large number of people. It is a lovely house and we're so glad we had the opportunity to experience it.

Fantastic house

Loved the seclusion of the beach. Easy driving distance to restaurants. Pool would be great in summer. Kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need. Not much farther to drive to from Orlando compared to Cocoa Beach and no crowds.

One of a Kind

It's difficult to accurately describe how wonderful our stay was. The weather was perfect. Our company the best. but the home, wow. Thank you to our host, Alex. The communication up front was timely and clear. Check-in was easy. The home was immaculately clean, inside and around the property. Inside, we were blown away by how well it was furnished. The kayaks were a treat and with several calm days on the water, they were used. The beach was clean and loaded with more shells than we could look through in a day. Zero to complain about and everything to appreciate. This stay created a lifetime of memories. THANK YOU!

Beautiful property right in the beach

We had a wonderful fun stay at the beach house. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a Publix just north up the road. Modern kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs living room was fantastic with great views of the ocean. Wonderful outdoor space with pool and fire pit in a gated front yard. Out back is a large open back yard butting up to the beach from which we enjoyed colorful sun rises each day. Unfortunately weather and wind put a damper on ocean swimming. There are several parks nearby with trails, some within walking distance of the house. Only one member rented a bike for the week from Bob’s in Melbourne Beach. Good experience and service. He used it to explore the area. The property definitely lives up to the listing and the other reviews.

Spacious and beautiful accommodations!

Most satisfying vacation ever! We so enjoyed being able spend a week with our children and grandchildren in these spacious and comfortable accommodations. Truly a home away from home. Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach were just a few steps beyond the back yard!

Spectacular Florida Beach House!

The house has EVERYTHING you need for your extended stay. We had no need to go anywhere else during our stay with the options of using the pool or going to the beach everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for family vaca

Our week at this beautiful home was great. The location right on the ocean was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Of course if you need something from store that is at least a 20 minute drive but that is the price you pay for secluded. The kitchen has everything you needed and more. We had fabulous weather except for one day and then the puzzles and television were put to good use. I highly recommend this home. Owner was easy to work with.

Our stay was amazing. We also left a note in Alex’s book. It was wonderful to read all the great memories families have made since 2015 at this beautiful property. Wonderful quiet family getaway

Everyone in the family (including 16 and 17 year old boys !) agrees that this is the best beach house we ever stayed in. And we have been going to the beach every summer for as long as I can remember. If you love nature and uncrowded beaches, this is the place! The house has a wonderful kitchen, with every pot or pan you would ever need, The views from the front porch, back porch, and upstairs deck are beautiful. We will come again for sure!

Family Vacation — Success

This is the perfect place to bring your family. Steps away from the beach and a pool. Just bring your baby gate. The spiral staircase isn’t ideal for toddlers. The kitchen was excellent. The grill worked beautifully. Quiet residential beach was ideal and the added bonus was watching the sea turtles’ nesting. If you are looking for a laid back beach trip — this is the place for you.

Large family trip

This house was great for our extended family. We had plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The beach was amazing. We had it all to ourselves and we spent everyday in the pool as well. This house was very clean and very well stocked to accommodate large groups of people. Highly recommend!

A True hidden gem!

My family has been vacationing in the Melbourne Beach area for almost 20 years. I don’t know how we hadn’t found this home before now! It has everything you could wish for. The firepit, outdoor shower, and pool were huge benefits. The kitchen is to die for with 2 ovens and 2 sinks. Who wants to cook on vacation, but this kitchen made it a breeze to heat up the food we brought. The only things to think about are: 1) The stairs to get to the second floor, where the majority of the bedrooms are, is a steep spiral staircase. There is an outdoor staircase up to the balcony where you can enter through sliding doors. This wasn’t a problem, but if you’re unsteady, it’s just something to consider. 2) The home is right next to another rental. It was not a problem for us, although on our last evening, the neighbors were playing football into our back yard, lol. Our stay was very peaceful overall! But you will be sharing the beach with whoever is staying there. Take some bug spray for the no see-ums. That’s just the beach in Florida, folks. The yard is fabulous, though! We played volleyball and relaxed in the hammocks. The entire home was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. No one wanted to leave! Truly a wonderful place to stay and we definitely want to go back!

Amazing beach house!

We have rented places on the beach for a lot of years and this is hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in. The appliances are top notch, the house is well-stocked with everything you could need to make dinner. There were plenty of beach towels too!! There were 8 of us and there was still PLENTY of room. The upstairs living room was our favorite!! The owners were amazing, and had great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation!! You won’t be sorry!!

Truly a home away from home

I've been staying at VRBO's for the last 10 years and have never stayed at one that felt like home as much as this one did. Kitchen super well stocked, spices galore and tons of toilet paper and paper towels, a beautiful front yard that felt like it was a tropical island, and a well cared about feeling. This is truly an owner's home that they let us all "borrow" for ourselves. All of the pictures you see are truly what the home looks like. The price is even a fair price for the area. Owner very responsive but we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Home Away From Home

We stayed at Alex's place for a month and had everything we needed to work and play in this stunning location. One of the best hosts we've ever had. Very responsive and organized. The house was well stocked and up-to-date. No complaints. We would love to visit again!

Currently living in Miami. Born in France and well travelled. Hobbies include fishing, surfing, skateboarding snow skiing, guitar playing and hot rod building. Married with 3 beautiful kids (16, 21 and 23) who grew up on the beach outback.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Ocean front properties are hard to come by. New construction is limited and those homes that have been grandfathered in are a great opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The area is safe and a great place for kids to enjoy some freedom. The surfing is some of the best along the Florida coastline and numerous skateboarding parks are operating near buy. Orlando is only 1.5 hour away which gave a young family such as ours the opportunity to enjoy the area theme and water parks. The house is a great escape from our busy lives in Miami
