The TipSea Turtle Retreat is a completely remodeled 1930's pool home with elements of eclectic character. Location Location Location!! we are licensed in the town of Melbourne Beach, #CVR25â0012.
Park your car once you arrive to TTR and you won't need it until you have to leave the island. Max 4 cars and 10 guests per town rules. We have a rear gate access to plaza shops, restaurants and grocery store steps away. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, library, park, tennis courts, Indian River Lagoon, amazing sunsets, fishing pier, bait shop, surf shop, historic landmarks and much more all with in 3 blocks. Locals refer to this area as the "Golden Triangle" because it is the only neighborhood you do not have to cross A1A to get to the beach:) You are about 300ft to the beach, turtles and surf! The home was designed for vacationers in mind with 4 of the bedrooms having their own brand new on-suite bathrooms. We also have our own pool with plenty of outdoor lounge space to enjoy the beachside atmosphere. Stroll to the beach with your morning coffee to watch the spectacular Atlantic Ocean sunrises and waves crashing or in the evening stroll to the river to watch the beautiful sunsets! The variety of walkable restaurants are incredible, from casual ocean front dining at Sands on the Beach and 302âs to more sophisticated, Dijon's Steak and Lobster House with a fabulous piano bar. We are excited to share this home with you to enjoy the peaceful small beach town atmosphere at your doorstep! No pets allowed for this property. We do have an option to heat the spa tub attached to the pool, $35 per day

We grew up in Florida: my wife, Patricia in Port Charlotte and I, Dean in Ft. Lauderdale. We both lived in Gainesville, Go Gators! We spent 12 years in Boca Raton and had our 2 children there. We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012, because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!

In the heart of Melbourne Beach walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, specialty grocery store, library, river sunsets, parks, tennis, historic sites and more! We just love sharing our unique costal community with the amazing travelers from all over the country and the world. It is a pleasure to host and have a place for friends and family to use this one of a kind home.
This unique 1930's home was completely remodeled with travelers in mind. 4 bedrooms have there own new bathroom. We also have a covered poolside outdoor kitchen area with topnotch Blaze gas grill with plenty of counter space with table.
There is a private back gate access that allows you to be steps from restaurants, the specialty Melbourne Beach Market, and all that the small beach town has to offer!
The 2nd floor has an area we call the "Attic Lounge" (due to low head clearance) it has a kitchenette, laundry, couches , big TV and outside deck overlooking the backyard.

The quiet town of Melbourne Beach is ideally located in Brevard County between the cruise ships in Port Canaveral to the north and beautiful south beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park. If all systems are GO, you could witness a Kennedy Space center rocket launch from the beach.
Situated on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon with nature abound, it's easy to spot pelicans flying overhead, dolphins, and sometimes manatees! Depending on the time of year, connect with one of mother natures unique events during turtle nesting season, March thru October. The beaches here are one of few in the world that have three species of turtles lay their eggs at night and early morning hours, then the hatchlings emerge to start their life journey. The loggerhead, the huge leatherback and the green turtles have been using these beaches for millions of years, it is a very special event to witness but never touch or disturb them with lights. These turtles are protected by law and by the locals.
The small sleepy towns of Melbourne Beach and Indialantic hold many events: art shows to Founder's Day! There is plenty to do if you want. If you like fishing you can get your gear at nearby Black Dog bait shop and try your luck surf fishing, or off the pier at Sebastian Inlet state park or local boat charters. If you like golf there is nearby Spessard Holland or Aquarina Country Club. Nearby Ryckman park is great to play with kids, it also has a public tennis and basketball courts.
Our local beaches have some great surfing and waves on the East Coast of Florida. With the Atlantic Ocean all travelers must be aware of rip currents the ocean can create. There is a nearby Life Gaurd station at our beach that is open during the summer time and best to swim near when going into the ocean.
