What an awesome location! This home is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Burlington. We had such a wonderful time using it as a home base for our Burlington explorations!

This is a very clean and nicely decorated home just 2 blocks from Lake Champlain. Our group included 4 college friends (age 70) visiting Burlington for the first time in 11 years. We were able to walk on the bike path along the lake, to church street and all around downtown. We played the record player, cooked dinner, breakfast , made coffee and enjoyed our mini reunion. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we cook dinner for 6 with no issues. (2 local friends came for dinner.) The last day we went next door to a nice breakfast cafe for breakfast before we left town. I would highly recommend this house for those who want to be able to walk to the city center or Lake.

Outstanding property in great location

Real gem, near to Lake Champlain and Church St. Exceptionally clean, beautiful wood floors, all the amenities you need for short or long stays. Wonderful hosts, easy and prompt communication. Highly recommended.

Great house and wonderful hosts!

The house is amazing with a wonderful location. The hosts thought of everything - from fantastic bath products, comfortable beds and luxury sheets to a thoughtfully stocked kitchen including locally roasted coffee. Highly recommend for anyone spending time in Burlington.

Beautiful, cozy and perfect location

This is the perfect house! The house itself is beautiful and so comfortable. The space is fantastic and cozy. And the location is perfect - walk to the lake for the gorgeous sunset and Church Street for shops and restaurants. Checking in was easy and communication with the owner was quick and clear. Highly recommend- even through I would rather keep this my own secret!!!!

Cozy light filled home

We had a fantastic weekend at this bright and airy home in downtown Burlington, just blocks from Lake Champlain. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and vibrant shops and restaurants. The home was cozy and filled with natural light. Highly recommend this getaway for anyone visiting Burlington!

Best VRBO ever!

Extremely high quality property. Historic house that has been perfectly renovated; thoughtful details and beautiful interior. Just a few blocks from Church St and two blocks from the lake. We’ve stayed at many properties over the years, and the family agreed that this is the best we’ve had the good fortune to stay at.

Perfect spot for our Burlington visit

This property was immaculately clean and perfectly arranged for our needs, with every detail considered. In addition, the location of the property was perfect for everything we wanted and like to do while on travel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Burlington (and I hope we do!).

Great House!

Clean, open, airy, and welcoming house very conveniently located within easy walking distance of either beautiful Lake Champlain or the fun and walkable business center of Burlington and on up to the University of Vermont. We had a hearty breakfast at Handy's Diner next-door (but we did not tackle the monster breakfast sandwich featured on Man Vs. Food!) and rode the bike trail from the harbor down to the causeway. A wonderful place to stay!

I want to live here!

My family and I had the best time staying at Kelly’s place before my wedding. I lived in Burlington for ten years and wanted to be close to all of my favorite spots and the bike path. The home was immaculate and had everything anyone could ever need. I would definitely stay here again!

Burlington Reunion

My family and I stayed at Kelly's thoughtfully designed home during a reunion with University of Vermont friends. My husband, who knew the area well, was delighted to be right next to Handy's Diner (Earl remembered him!), a few short blocks from Lake Champlain, and a reasonable climb up to campus and Church Street. Kelly thought of everything! We especially loved the local fare she stocked in the house -- Ursa Major bath products, fresh beans for coffee in a grinder, and even a couple of beers in the fridge. Her home is clean, cozy, and quiet, even though it is on a busy street. She responded quickly to any questions we asked and left great advice for places to eat, activities, etc. Highly recommend!

One of the Best VRBO properties

We loved everything about this house. Its is newly renovated and the owners spared no expense. Gorgeous hardwood floors, cute deck, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds with great linens. The brand new washer and dryer were super helpful during our stay. There is a record player with vinyl for listening. It was really fun to show my son how a real record is played and the sound system is awesome! It is a block from the waterfront and a 10 minute walk to Church Street- super convenient! We have family and friends that live in South Burlington and will most definitely rent here again. We really loved our stay!

Even better than advertised!

What a great weekend in Burlington, due in no small part, to this lovely property. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including shops, dining, cocktails and waterfront. EVERTHING in this property was so well designed with guest comfot in mind. The owners are personable, responsive, and accommodating. Perfect combination of home and hospitality!

Wonderful Downtown Location

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time! The home was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed being able to walk downtown and to the lakefront trail. We also had fun with the record player and music selection!

Almost perfect

This a great place that has been tastefully renovated. Close to waterfront, walking distance to Church St. The only reason I subtracted a star was that we found mouse droppings in the kitchen, but nothing that some mouse bait wouldn't be able to fix. Minus that, pretty perfect place.

Hi there, my name is Kelly. I'm a Burlington, VT native and hospitality is in my bones! For forty years, my grandparents owned and operated a motel in Shelburne, Vermont where I used to help clean rooms as a kid. Eventually, I continued my work in hospitality as the General Manager of an iconic Burlington restaurant and music venue. My husband and I have worked tirelessly to make our property perfect and take so much pride in giving you the most beautiful and comfortable Burlington, Vermont getaway possible.

This high-end property provides both hotel-like luxuries and the comforts of home. The decor is minimal, but with goose down duvets, feather pillows and a selection of carefully curated amenities, the comfort is decidedly luxurious. Amenities are clean, natural, and showcase local Vermont products. Bed linens have been hand-chosen for the highest quality and comfort, making the house a true oasis in the city. A portable crib, high chair, stroller, and other baby items are all available upon request.

-First floor is open-concept with the kitchen opening up to the dining and living areas.
-First floor has a half-bath.
-Laundry is located in first floor half-bath.
-Primary bedroom (queen bed) is located on the second floor.
-Second bedroom (full bed) is located on the second floor.
-Third sleeping area (queen pull-out) is located in the living room.
