Lower Park · Comfortable & clean close to downtown Burlington
Welcome to our large, 1st floor apartment close to downtown Burlington VT and the Lake Champlain waterfront. Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer.
We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants.
There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path.
Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it.
Thank you for staying in our home and we truly hope you enjoy yourself in Burlington, VT.
Perfect for our group and we immediately felt right at home! Very clean and modern house and very conveniently located! Everything about the house was easy- parking, check in, instructions, and walking around to nearby places. You can hear street traffic but I think thatâs pretty much expected of houses in this area. Thank you!
Errin's place was absolutely perfect! It's beautiful, spacious, very clean and super comfortable. Convenient to everything Burlington has to offer. I will definitely stay again!
This was a good family place to stay for dropping our daughter off a UVM. It is close walking distance to The Mall and the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedrooms, and laundry facility.
We chose this apartment because it appeared comfortable, roomy, clean, and updated, plus dog-friendly and with a great walkability score. We were very pleased! Thanks to our host for a splendid visit to Burlington. (If you choose to stay there, be sure to visit CK Dumplings, just steps away, for a delicious & inexpensive take-out Nepali meal!)
Our long weekend was awesome...great section of town that is just far enough from the hustle...discovered a couple great food spots on North St...CE Dumpling (Nepalese food) is right on the corner...the host Errin was great.
Initially picked the property because we wanted someplace walkable. End up renting a car but the location still worked out. Comfortable and well maintained. Five adults. The full bath and half bath worked well for our party. We all had an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again the next time we're in the area. Thank you!
Clean, fully updated, new appliances. Had everything we needed. We rented bikes, rode everywhere to dinner, shops, bike path along the lake. Beautiful! Love Vermont!
This was a great spot to bring the family before we had a trip over to Canada. The house was clean and very cozy. The family enjoyed their stay and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy.
Great location, especially for someone unfamiliar with Burlington. Came here for college tours & was glad to have a clean, well-appointed home to stretch out after the long day.
A convenient place to stay while a family member was in the hospital. Host was excellent to deal with and answered all my questions quickly which helped ease all of our anxiety surrounding the purpose of our trip. Lovely place that felt like home.
We enjoyed the location of this property as we were able to walk to the water and downtown. And it was an easy drive (or longish walk to UVM campus).
Thanks.
I was traveling with 3 people over 73 and having only about 4 steps to get into this 3 bedroom rental was great! Plenty of room for us all and was nice having 1.5 bathrooms also. Location was close to campus and my son (UVM student) was able to get to us easily and quickly.
3 friends stayed the night after a conference in Burlington. The property was just as advertised and very comfortable. We went for a walk on the waterfront and downtown in the evening and then went to the great Vietnamese restaurant a short walk from the house for dinner. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
Nice place with plenty of space for two adults, two teens and our dog, plus family game night with daughter who lives in Burlington. Great location to her house, as well as downtown shops and restaurants. Only small critique is kitchen could use a few more eating utensils and cutlery. We would stay here again.
We loved our stay here. It was clean, the kitchen was great and the bedrooms and living room were very comfortable. The location is also fantastic and such a short walk to church street and the waterfront. The only thing I will warn is the listing says 2 bathrooms which felt a bit misleading. Itâs 1.5 bath so if youâre looking for a place with two showers this property only has 1. Other than that, weâd definitely stay here again!
All good - my partner and teen son and I needed a place to overnight before touring UVM and this fit the bill: off-street parking, three bedrooms down a hallway, a half-bath, and a full bath with (strong) shower.
No delis or supermarkets within walking distance, but Church Street, a 15-min walk into downtown Burlington, has plenty of restaurant and food options.
Quiet street, quiet house. We were not there to lounge around, just crash for the night, and it did the trick!
Old but well kept property. Advertised as 2 bath but it just had 1-1/2 baths. No central a/c. Just fans and window units. Had plenty of forks but only 4 dinner knives. Kitchen looked new. Great location. We waled to town frequently.
There is a bath and a half so it wasnt ideal for our group of 2 old couples. We also were unable to watch TV. Apparently you can stream TV, we didnt know how to do that and the directions available didn't work for us. However it was a satisfactory home base for some time in Burlington.
Overall we had a great stay! I was hoping there would be a yard for the dog but there is NO yard at all, just a tuft of grass off the dirt driveway if that is something you need (we were fine with walks, no biggie). It IS on a busy one way street in a very urban city area (no yards, close houses, some sketchy people down the end of the street at the park etc.) but it was surprisingly quiet inside the house so it wasn't loud or anything. It's a big 3 bedroom place with 1.5 bathrooms (not 2) we had plenty of room. We never used the TV but its a smart tv you need your own logins for FYI (living room only). We listened to the radio (which is also a record player with a pretty extensive collection there). Some games there too but not many. The full bathroom is huge! Lots of lights and lots of plugs throughout the house which was great. Only (minor) complaint is that the oven was kinda dirty and there were a bunch of cobwebs on the 1/2 bathroom light fixtures but everything else was very clean and beds were comfy and made up well/tight etc. Overall, would recommend especially for anyone visiting UVM as it's literally almost around the corner
