• 📝 A digitally signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required to finalize all reservations

• 🛠️ Guest-caused damage: Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage during their stay. For high-value amenities (wall-mounted TVs, and fixtures), professional repair or installation may be required.

🦟 Northern Michigan Tip: We regularly treat the property to help reduce mosquitoes and other seasonal insects. Like most wooded and lakeside areas throughout Northern Michigan, mosquito activity is naturally highest around dusk, especially during warm summer months. While treatments significantly reduce activity, we recommend bringing your favorite insect repellent if you plan to enjoy the backyard during the evening "mosquito hour."
