We enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean. Great neighborhood and location to explore Chatham and other towns in Cape Cod. Close to several restaurants and beaches.

Perfect for family, great location

Nick and Lianne are great hosts. The layout of the house worked great for our family of 4 and the space is really clean and well organized. The hosts walk you through the property and everything is really simple. They ask you to do a quick call and sign a contract before finalizing the rental, but it's all straightforward and reasonable (it's a family home and a quiet neighborhood so they take an extra step to make sure it's the right fit for both sides). If you plan to cook a bunch you'll need to grab some essentials. They have basic kitchen equipment so you may have to improvise but we had everything we needed. Great neighborhood with a bunch of good restaurants and beaches nearby

The house was very clean and well organized. The host was very informative about the house and helpful during our stay. The area is central to a variety of activities. We walked to a beach each day. Shopping was not far away, both for groceries and tourist shopping. The host had suggestions for us for dining and beaches which were excellent.

Great Week in Chatham

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at this house for our week in Chatham. Nick and Lianne met us when we checked in and gave us a quick tour of everything we needed for the house. The location is perfect. Up the block from Ridgevale Beach, right off the bike path, and only a quick 5/6 minute drive into town.

You will not be disappointed staying here! We went for a week and felt very at home. This house is SO CLEAN and well kept, probably the most clean we have stayed in here in Chatham! The owners were accommodating and always responding quickly to our questions! We had everything we needed in this great home. THANK YOU!

Cute cottage, lovely hosts, walk to the best beach

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. House was comfortable and most importantly for us, walking distance to our favorite beach. We loved our stay, thanks so much.

The house rules rating for Debbie is incorrect. It should be 5 stars. Not sure why it was recorded as 4. Must have been a glitch when we were entering the ratings. The Lamps get 5 stars across the board on all categories. A great family. Hope they come back next year!

Clean home with great location

The location was excellent and house was very clean. The hosts were kind and good communicators. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was lovely. Our only complaint were that the beds/mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. The bedding was scratchy and old. We were also asked to strip our beds and lug the bedding to the garage upon checkout which I’ve never been asked to do and have stayed at dozens of other house rentals. The instructions also asked us to leave the blankets in the bedrooms so I’m assuming they aren’t cleaned after each stay. For the price, updated mattresses and sheets would be nice! And have the house cleaner remove and wash the sheets. And blankets.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, all sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered after each renter checks out. The blankets that you used were indeed cleaned; we kept them separate purposely. Given the COVID19 conditions, we asked you to place the linens in the large barrel in the garage for easier transport to the laundromat. We are sorry that you were disappointed with our request. The sheets are 100% cotton and are very clean. We bought new blankets this year to add to the supply we have. The blankets/bedspreads are sterilized with sanitizer before they are brought to the laundromat for extra protective measure, thus the reason why we keep them separate. Chatham Dreams

We had a wonderful week at this property. The home is well located, comfortable, and very clean. The owners are professional and friendly. We easily walked to the beach and the town center was a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We plan to return!

Clean and gracious home=a great vacation!

This home is kept extremely clean. Owners Lianne & Nick Boas take pride in their home and it shows! The grill is completely scrubbed by the owner. A cleaning crew sparkles up the place each week. You could (almost) eat off the floors! There is no guess work here-there is a manual for every appliance in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped for when we cooked in. This home also had some other nice amenities-central AC, a great deck, outdoor shower, and a new Weber grill.Other pluses were beach towels and chairs -it was nice not having to bring these... It is located in a residential South Chatham neighborhood-an easy walk to the Ridgevale beach which was fun to go to at low tide and walk on the sand bars. The neighborhood was also good for our 6 year old to practice his bike riding. We enjoyed going to the town as well-and the old time band concert on Friday nights was a fun time.. The owners were very hospitable and easy to deal with and very organized!

Awesome chatham home

Perfect location in chatham. The home is just as advertised exceptionally clean & fresh. Private and comfortable as a home away from home should be. Thanks to the gracious home owners Lianne, Nick & Joanna our stay & time spent with our grand daughter at ridgevale beach, Harding, mayflower beach in Dennis meant the world to us. We hope to return again when time allows. Thank you the Santarpias
