The home is in a great walkable location. It is extremely well maintained and cozy. It has all the amenities you could need. The screened in porch was also a nice bonus.

Wonderful apartment! Very clean and well stocked. Location is great—can easily walk to town and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent. Chatham is the perfect town to stay for a base when visiting the Cape.

Property was in an excellent location and had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean and Allison was a great host. We will stay there for our next trip. I highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay! Unit was super clean and comfy. Perfect home away from home. Screened in porch was such a bonus …like a treehouse. Allison was so easy to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Location could not be better.

Our apartment was recently renovated and was very well done. Having the kitchen and laundry available was a real plus. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to all the action downtown as well as the quiet neighborhood for walks and strolls. There was nothing lacking. We enjoyed our vacation and look forward to our next time we come to Chatham.

Great location, just off of Main St. In downtown Chatham. The house was clean and there was everything you need for a short term vacation. We would definitely rent again here!

This is an excellent choice for staying close to downtown Chatham! The one bedroom had more than enough room and the sunroom was such a nice bonus. The owner was very responsive with a quick question we had before checking in. I would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to stay in a charming location close to the center!

Attention to detail was a common theme throughout the house. For example, there were 3 hooks in the bathroom for hanging toiletry bags or bathrobes. I can't tell you how many times I've been places that have none. The in unit laundry was also very nice for our 1 week stay. The location was perfect. You are basically 1 block away from the middle of Main Street so many shops and restaurants are close by. And then there is Chatham... Such a lovely Cape Cod town also centrally located on the Cape with outstanding beaches, marinas, museums and top notch seafood within minutes. We met Allison one day when she was doing some work on the property and she was very friendly and made some suggestions for places to checkout. I would not hesitate to return to Chatham or to this property in the future.

A great time at Ship's Light

We had a wonderful time in the apartment and loved the neighborhood in Chatham. We have stayed on the Cape for over four decades of summers and this was the first time we stayed in Chatham. wonderful location and the accomodations were cozy and comfortable. We very much hope to be back again next year.

Our stay was within walking distance to shopping and dining. The apartment is in need of updates. The outdoor shower was nice but also needs updating.

So Near Downtown Chatham!

The location is excellent. An older apartment , not fancy but has charm and suited our needs. Was not sure about the outdoor shower but worked out, had a campy feel. We didn't spend a lot of Time on this visit in Chatham but a great preview for future visits.
