Cottage Charmante pour deux

Ce vĂ©ritable chalet Cape Cod est idĂ©al pour un couple. SituĂ© dans une communautĂ© privĂ©e de 6 acres sur la magnifique blanc Pond. Il a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec une cuisine / salle de sĂ©jour, une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une grande salle de soleil / moustiquaire porche donnant sur un jardin colorĂ©. Il est complet avec, magnĂ©toscope et ventilateurs de 2 tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble dans chaque chambre. L'Ă©tang d'eau douce est propre et parfait pour le canoĂ«-kayak (canoĂ«s fournis) baignade et pĂȘche! Tennis, golf, antiquitĂ©s, marchĂ©s aux puces, foires d'art, la maison des pĂȘcheurs Chatham (Jeux gratuitement Cape Cod League Baseball), vendredi soir concerts Chatham Band (gratuit et ne pas oublier le magasin penny candy), 4 station Ă©toiles Chatham Bars Inn , une cuisine raffinĂ©e pour mener Ă  bien et tout le reste, la voile, observation des baleines, des montres de phoque, pĂȘche en mer profonde, et la salle de cinĂ©ma de la ville! Ne pas oublier une visite du phare de Chatham. PrĂšs de fabuleuses plages National Seashore et la maison Ă  ses propres favoris Hardings Beach, Ridgevale Beach, et Chatham Lighthouse Beach (1. 5 miles). Cet un refuge tranquille, loin du monde animĂ© et pourtant assez proche pour toutes les activitĂ©s de la charmante ville de Chatham.

This cottage really was delightful! It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated in a nautical theme. The neighborhood was very quiet, but conveniently located to the town center and to beaches and other attractions. Tara was easy to reach, and responsive to all our communications. We really enjoyed staying here.

The cottage is as adorable as the pictures, especially the sun room. Can't remember the last time I just sat and read a book and it was the perfect place for it. Loved the sunset at the pond, the great restaurants in the area and all of the activities close by. We enjoyed mini golf, a whale watch, a couple days at beaches, art galleries and joyous relaxation. I will definitely come back.

Old Skool Cape

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Cozy cottage. We will return during our annual Chatham visits. Hopefully we can book for next year and have told friends to join us in their own rental.

Perfect for my visit to Chatham - clean and cozy with all the amenities including cable and wifi. I took a swim in the pond and got some work done as well. Great value for the I was pleasantly surprised that there was a window air conditioner in the Bedroom as it was not mentioned in the listing and it was a bit of a heat wave.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at our Cozy Cottage. Was just right for the two of us and location was super. The fresh water pond was a nice addition. We’ll be back for sure!

Cozy corner cottage was exactly that.

The host was very responsive and check in was a breezy. The cottage was small but comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend on the Cape. We were able to enjoy not only the ocean beaches but also the freshwater pond on the property.

Old Cape Cod

This is a great little cottage. The area is very quiet and tranquill. It is very cozy and cute. We had a great time. The shower and bathroom is very tight quarters and can be a challenge at times. It was like going back in time in a good way.

we had the best beautiful time in the cottage. Clean, sweet, comfortable and enough space for two but the biggest thing for us was the porch. Without it would have not be the same. Great addition!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a cute area with a nice restful atmosphere! I would suggest a set of towels per person per nights of stay! Also, though the mattresses were not old they were most uncomfortable! That could be improved! We would give it an A! Pauline

Wonderful early fall visit

Cape Cod is wonderful in the early fall, less crowded but still lots to do. We loved this quiet, cozy cottage, especially all the nice decorating touches and the sunroom. We enjoyed having access to the beach at the pond and even went in for a (chilly) swim. The location is great. It's a short drive to downtown Chatham (with lots of cute shops) and to many beaches, including Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. In about 30 minutes you can drive to Cape Cod National Seashore. We did lots of beach combing and bird watching and enjoyed watching the fishermen unload their catch at the Chatham Fish Pier (and the gray seals hanging around to eat what they dropped). There are many great seafood markets and restaurants nearby. The space heater and blankets kept us warm at night.

We stayed for a month during the summer. We found the cottage, the location, and the grounds to be a great value. The cottage itself has everything you need, and is equipped for a long stay. Even has an umbrella and beach chair. We were able to cook and be comfortable for a long stay. The sunroom is so wonderful, all the windows open just like a screened in porch. The bathroom shower is a bit cramped, the size of a small RV shower, we are normal sized folks, but it worked just fine. The location was above our expectations. The community, is quiet, peaceful and well kept. You might find the pond better than the beach. The water is clear, clean and warmer than the beach. Also no mosquitos down there! We were swimming in Mid June when the weather outside was 70. It has a lovely beach and very private. We brought our ebikes, and it made it easy to get to town, bike paths and beaches. We saved 100s of dollars bringing out bikes and frustration finding parking. We had a system of dropping our gear, having someone take the car to free parking then biking back. Don’t tell anyone but sea street beach (20 min away) is the best, the one right by cold storage beach (by sesuit harbor) drop your stuff and bike from the closest church. Water is crystal clear, bottom is sandy, and water so calm you can bring a pool float.Tara is very responsive and easy to work with. We felt we got more than we bargained for and would love to stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our time at "Cozy Quarters". It was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We especially like sitting in the enclosed porch which had windows on three sides. The neighborhood was very quiet most likely due to the fact that it was off season. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Our hostess was very responsive when we had a problem with the front door and she immediately arranged for a handy man to come and fix it. Space heaters kept us warm and comfortable on the chilly days we were there as well as the heavy blankets on our beds. The only down side were the uncomfortable mattresses.. Over all though, we were very pleased with our stay.
