Labor Day 2026

From the time booking through to picking up the keys the process was unexpectedly easy. We choose this property perfect for our needs and the location couldn't be more convenient. I realize our stay was the end of the season but could use some cleaning Overall we're completely enjoyed stay. and are considering staying again next year Thank you

Place was really cute and clean. Can’t get a better location for the price! Only complaints are it needs some type of storage for clothes and there’s only actually 1 bed. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out but just a couch with ottoman that makes it bigger. It’s fine for kids but would not recommend for adults. That said I would definitely stay here again! We had a great time - it’s close to everything - beach, shopping, restaurants - it’s all right there!

The location was great and the price reasonable. Parking was extremely tight and we had trouble leaving. This property requires checkin and checkout at the rental office which is 10-15 minutes from the unit. This was inconvenient, but the people that work in the office were all very helpful. We did have some trouble finding working outlets. I wouldn’t recommend this unit for more than two people, but the location to the beach cannot be beat.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

Clean place and comfortable bed, equipped kitchen. Very cozy. This place was perfect for my husband & I. Great communication with Lauren & Dan. Definitely will stay again!

Condo was dirty . Barely any paper towels or dish detergent. Plates were dirty Outlets didn't work . Many flies inside when we arrived. We left a day early due to the conditions in the condo . Good location

The location of this property is excellent. Very close to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave - but also set back off the street so that it is quiet. Plenty of space for 2 people, the murphy bed was comfortable and made for a great use of the space. Overall, the place was well-maintained, but it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival which was disappointing. Things happen and I've addressed with the property manager - will update this review with the resolution.

Perfect location!

The place is clean and exactly as advertised! The location could not be better. Steps from Penny Lane, Rehoboth Ale House, and less than a block from the beach. The room is small, and probably most comfortable for a couple. That said, the three of us had a great time at the beach!

Conveniently close to the beach and shops and the boardwalk. There is also a bike shop on the same block. This is my second stay here. It was as great as the first!

Great Location

Proximity to the Boardwalk and Beach was great. Parking was not ideal as spaces were very limited but we made it work. The apartment was small but clean which suited us as we spent most of our time at the beach.

Perfect for our family of 3

My family of three (myself, my husband John, & or 10 yr old) fit in this space perfectly. This space had everything we needed for our annual beach trip, and plan to return next year. It was private, tucked off the main road; and felt like a real little home away from home.

Wonderful little place

The location was absolutely perfect. Between time to the beach and being in the center of everything, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our first time at Rehoboth. The place was clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. I was pleasantly surprised that the place came with even more kitchen stuff than was listed. We loved it and would absolutely come back.

Cozy Retreat

A comfortable, cozy, clean retreat from the boardwalk adventures. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.Only drawbacks: very few TV channels and the apartment shows some signs of wear. But, the air conditioner worked great and the unit was very clean. Overall, we'd stay again.

Awesome location for all that Rehoboth has to offer. Our goal was to spend most of our time out and about and this rental worked out great! A bit worn in a few areas. Just a note that the rental is actually managed by a real estate company but they were great with communication.

Location was perfect, just one block from the beach. Walkable to many restaurants and activities. It was a little outdated, but that was okay. Some of the dishes were dirty when we got there, but we brought our own paper products. Parking was tight, but we tried to use our car as less as possible. Would recommend.

This property was Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! My partner and I absolutely loves the space. It was in a perfect location, close to everything. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quick get away or extended stay! Five stars all around :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really just wanted something super close to the boardwalk/beach and that's exactly what we got! The property manager and owner were very flexible and kind! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

Cute beach getaway

The unit was clean, comfortable, and really well located, just about a minute block from the beachfront and boardwalk. The customer service was fantadtic, and the property agent went above and beyond to check in on us often before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The only downside is that there was a TV but no cable, channels, or streaming services so the TV was more decorative. Overall, would come back for a future beach getaway!
