Vous cherchez des locataires, en commençant MAINTENANT.

Du porche trois saisons, il y a des vues sur la marina de Rehoboth et la baie. Mises à niveau récentes avec revêtements de sol, peinture, électroménagers et comptoirs en granit flambant neufs.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size. La deuxième chambre a deux jumeaux. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a aussi un futon situé dans le solarium pour dormir davantage. Il y a aussi un lave-linge séchant dans l'unité.
Nous sommes à une distance de marche de la plage, à un pâté de maisons, et situé sur la baie avec accès à une plage privée sur la baie.
Inclus avec le loyer est un parking pour 2 voitures!

Perfect stay

It was an amazing place to stay with a ton of room. It was so nice to be within walking distance of all the bars in Dewey Beach. Would stay there again!!!!!

Weekend getaway

We had an enjoyable 2 night stay. Check-in and parking was simple, as was departure. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. We would choose to stay here again!

Great beach weekend

The location was perfect for our family of four on our autumn beach weekend getaway. The condo was cozy, just a brief stroll from the beach, and matched the description perfectly. Kris was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We are very grateful!

Awesome time great place

Came here for a girls trip had such a great time! Location was perfect for us, quiet and unbothered by any neighbors. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us! 2 pull outs 2 twins and a queen bed. Very clean overall we hope to stay here again!

Nice place, great location

We really enjoyed our time here - the location is great - close enough to walk to the beach and Dewey restaurants and shops. The place was very comfortable for my wife, myself, and our 10yo kids. We would stay here again.

Anchor way

We had such a great time! When we arrived it was clean and was just as pictured in the VRBO photos. It was also nice to be close to where all the restaurants and bars were, but far enough to have a quiet space. The communication with the owner was great too. Overall, we had such a great experience and would book again!

Clean and quiet

The property is clean and in a quiet location, so very relaxing. You must walk across a busy highway to access the beaches so extra care should be given to your safety and the safety of others in your party, especially taking care of children as they cross the busy highway.

Don't stay here when it rains!!

Pretty average accommodation. Fairly clean. No linens or towels provided. Instructions didn't clearly delineate the building number and unit number. Biggest issue: The parking lot floods when it rains. Notified landlord. His response (paraphrasing): "Yeah. That happens, sometimes." His mitigation proposal was to tell me we "should be ok" if we parked in some other tenant's space. (Keep in mind, parking is assigned by unit number and there are signs threatening to tow unauthorized users at every space.) Nope. Not gonna do that! Had to deal with soggy feet all weekend. Total bummer.

Suggestions from a renter

I rented this property for the weekend of the Rehoboth marathon. Booking easy. Check in easy. Location wonderful. When I used the code to get the keys there were 2. Sweet. There were 4 of us staying for the weekend. One for me who had to get up hella early for the race, one for my friends who were my cheerleaders. Later that night we went out, took one key because we were all together. WRONG move. As one is for the condo. One is for the sunroom. Unbeknownst to us, we only took the sunroom key and were locked out. We called the owner, told him of our predicament and he was less than helpful. We finally got in and I called him to let him know maybe include the key situation in the description. Not only did he not apologize for the issue, he insinuated it was our fault, as we should have known. Even today I responded to him to tell him I wasn’t impressed by his reaction. He still has not apologized for the lack of information/confusion. Not my idea of customer service. Won’t be back

Great Stay!

This is our second time renting this house and we have had a great stay both times! Kris is responsive and is a great host! We loved spending time in the all weather room. The house is closed to everything but tucked back so it us quiet. We drove but you could walk to the beach. The house is clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Torn between a 2- and 3-star rating

The reason we provided 2 stars is because this was listed as a premium property, and we feel like due to the daily cost + fees, it deserved a little more attention to some details. However, there were both good points on this property and some details that we thought could be improved upon. Good points: the location is one street across from the beach entrance. There is also a small public parking lot at beach access, which may be helpful to some. The unit is conveniently located about 2 blocks from a great cafe with daily breakfast options and good coffee/tea. The unit has decent space and 2 parking spots available, if needed. The renters are incredibly quick at responding and helpful. Check-in was very easy. Some things to improve upon: Since the unit was listed as being incredibly clean and as a premium property, we found our stay a bit disappointing. Things like the floor under the sofa was incredibly dusty (which we knew because our kid got toys under there constantly) and the ceiling fans had accumulated dust on them. Seeing some high dust spots were a little bit of a disappointment. We also provided some feedback to the renters privately about the dishwasher and clothing washer cleanliness, as we thought that could be improved upon. A few things to note about this property is that, while it is rather private, if you are not used to hearing your neighbors, this may not be the right rental for you. For part of our visit, there were people directly above us and it was very loud as they moved around their own unit. The noise, unfortunately, had an impact on everyone's ability to sleep during our stay. We also experienced about 1 - 4" of flooding in the parking lot (not inside the unit) after a rainstorm, which was something that turned us off from the property due to the inconvenience of having to walk through storm water. It also made the back door inaccessible. Finally, we did find it a bit challenging to dry towels because there were not a lot of options for hanging towels in the bathrooms. While we ended up washing and drying towels, we did think this was a noticeable missing detail since we went there for time on the beach. Overall, the unit provided convenience to the beach, but we would have been more comforted with a bit more cleanliness and convenience for managing beach items within the unit.

We grew up going to the beach in the Summer. Dewey is a great town with active night life and a great place to take kids. Being only about 2 miles wide you have choices between the bay and the ocean. The beaches are beautiful and fun all summer long. The neighboring beach in Rehoboth Beach has some great places to eat and take the kids. Some of our favorites in Rehoboth are Funland, and Grottos. You can also spend hours walking on the boardwalk.

Anchor Way is a great street in Dewey. It is the last street in Dewey located right off the bay. It's a quiet location but still conveniently located to everything. No need to get in your car once you get here!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The 3 season sun porch has great views of the Marina. Also with the ever difficult time finding parking, the 2 provided spaces will come in handy. The unit is cozy providing fun summer colors painted in each room!
