We call this home the cottage "charm-house!" A chic mix of farmhouse cottage charm throughout the home creates a warm and inviting experience for our guests that leaves them longing to return.

Shiplap adorns the walls in every room. The tin ceiling in the kitchen and dining room takes our guests back to grandma's house. Updated throughout, this home offers a combination of farmhouse/cottage charm along with modern fixtures throughout.

Attention has been given to every detail throughout the home. Quality furnishings, appliances, dishes, linens, and more give our guests a fantastic experience.

2nd Stay, Great Again

This is a great little house. We’ve stayed twice now. Comfy beds, great location, clean and has everything you need. Gas cooktop a big plus. Host is very responsive.

Perfect spot with all amenities of home

This property is an absolute gem—completely updated and a true picture of perfection!Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there are more pillows and blankets than any place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, with every essential provided—nothing was overlooked.I was so impressed with the primary bedding that I had to look it up to see where I could buy it for myself!We brought our doodles, and they loved the fenced-in space to play. Plus, there was plenty of parking for our college students to come visit.A perfect 10/10—I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

The house was exactly as listed and even more. Such a cute place to stay and had more than what we even expected. Everything was so easy to access and was so nice for our family to enjoy. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Cozy home

We loved the cottage. It is decorated so cute and the beds are very comfortable. The road that runs next to the house is a bit noisy, but by the second night wasn’t as noticeable. The side yard is not big for larger dogs but we walked our dogs so it wasn’t a problem. Very cozy!

Great family stay

My family stayed at the cottage while attending my son’s swim meet at Texas A&M. We could not have asked for a better host and property. Everything was so conveniently thought about in the home and very comfortable for everyone. Kathy was extremely responsive and we are grateful for her hospitality.

Perfect weeklong VRBO for college event

Its a cute and well decorated place. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked and fast internet while I worked remotely during the day. Location was great being close to campus as well as nearby restaurants and parks.

Great place

Came in for a regional Bible drill at FBCS. The house was in a good location for everything around the town. Wish we had planned to stay long. Definitely will book this place again if it opens. The host was quick to respond. Love this place!

We cane for my daughters birthday and the house was absolutely perfect! It's beautiful and comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need! It fit us for this occasion perfectly and I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Convenient location for us to go to the NSC at TAMU. Had everything for a comfortable stay. Home was clean beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

There is so much to LOVE about being a host! Creating a special space to call “Home-Away-From-Home” has been a rewarding experience. Our guests enjoy the unique attention to detail and design that bring together the perfect getaway for family gatherings and peaceful retreats.

We are LOCAL hosts who have made Bryan/College Station our home for over 20 years. Our children have been raised in Aggieland, and we are proud Aggie Parents.

I am a real estate broker and designer, and Neil works in construction and remodeling. While we enjoy our real estate business, we have had the most joy in hosting guests. Hearing the beautiful stories of family gatherings, graduations, reunions, and such warm our hearts.

Long-term stays are welcome, and we accommodate them when open dates allow.

Most of our properties are pet friendly. We have found that traveling pets are most often well cared for and are extended furry family members.

Feel free to ask us about Aggieland, things to do, places to eat, and of course, real estate sales, leasing, and investing. We are happy to help!
