Very small house, works but sleeping 6 is tough.

Couch bed has very thin, cheap mattress and no extra padding to help. Beds take up while room however the lamp shelves helped. Enough supplies to make meals, no salt which was odd. Few basic herbs woulda been nice. No wine opener. Main bathroom needs to be recaulked. Bit fark mold so a good refreshed caucking be nice. Hot tub was great and hot. Couch was huge and nice, little awkward for watching tv. It was nice for couple nights for our group. Good thing we are close nit.

Cute small home w hot tub

It was suffice, glad our 6th person. Bathroom needs to have cauck removed and replaced. Glad we had a wine key as there actually wasn't one in drawer. Otherwise plenty of dishes for our meal. A dish rack for washing the dishes coulda been cool. Great hot tub!! Nice and hot. Beautiful flowering bush out front.

Family Getaway

We had a great time on our trip. The house was perfect for what we needed. It has a large fenced yard for dogs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice sectional in the living room. We would come back again.

4th of July Stay

Chose this home for my daughter’s 15th birthday celebration. The price was a little much. It was close to the beach. The parking wasn’t great as there is no driveway, and the hot tub was cold and I wasn’t able to raise the temperature.

We were looking for a dog friendly place for a couple of nights on the Long Beach peninsula and this looked like it fit the bill. As shown, it does have a large, well-fenced backyard that is excellent for dogs. However, the rest of the property left a lot to be desired. The property is dog friendly and you can tell plenty of dogs have taken up this offer. Hair could be found everywhere - couches, floors, beds and pillows. All of the doors are filthy with the remains of dogs scratching. But by far the worst thing was the absolutely revolting condition of all of the fans and vents. They were all disgusting. If you are operating a rental property you should at least clean the vents and ducts from time to time. These looked like they had last been cleaned...never? I have no idea what we were breathing in, but two of us in our family are asthmatic and this was an irritant to our sensitive airways. We had booked for two nights but knew immediately that wouldn't last. We packed so fast the next morning and flew out the door. Also, the hot tub had sand in it and a disgusting looking floaty. We didn't use it. We won't be back and cannot recommend this place. Disappointed.

spring break with grandkids

First the good...the place was very clean and the fenced in back yard was great for our dog. There were plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was really nice. Now the bad....it is very small and the pictures were a little deceiving. Their location description was not accurate. It is a little ways to the beach and have to cross a busy main road. Be sure and bring extra garbage bags because I was told that they only provide one garbage bag for a family of four for four nights. We had to make a trip to the store to get more. The hot tub never got hot and I let the manager know and their response was "I can have a request submitted regarding the hot tub not being hot" which never happened. The handles on the kitchen cabinet would fall off in your hands. I tried to put them back on but the screws they had were too short to keep them in place. We enjoyed our time in Ocean Park but don't think we will be returning.

Weekend getaway

We really loved our time here at this home. Remember this is close to the beach so there will be sand around. Hot tub was great but not enough light by this area of the back yard. Such a great time here!

Great quiet place to relax

Great place! It’s small but it has a large back yard with spa. Nice big kitchen, the house is close to the down town and grocery stores. Beach access is quite close too. Nice and quiet at night perfect place for soaking in the spa after a long day walking on the beach.

Cute little bungalow!

Great place to stay to explore the area. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. The best part is was a safe and comfortable house for my dog.

Cute little home but...

This is a cute home that could use a née cleaning service. When we had first arrived we could tell that dogs had recently been there and one of my kids items dropped under the couch and we saw and cleaned a large amount of hair and dirt from under there. The blue couch was wet when we had arrived on Saturday, and ad our stay progressed you could tell that something had urinated on the sofa and that'd why it was wet. Someone kept banging on the windows in the late evening, early morning as if they were trying to get inside. Anyways we enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn't recommend it as we have 5 dogs at home and we're offended by the dog smell and dirt under the sofa.

4th of July stay

Cute little house and friendly neighbors. The house was great and very clean. The hot tub was great for relaxing. The only thing we didn't care for was the curtains. Wish they were blackout curtains. Every morning room was super bright and couldn't sleep in.

Little ocean - Pacific Beach

Small older home, well kept very tidy. Location is great right downtown Pacific Beach. Walk to the ocean. Two small bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Otherwise very bare bones. Great entertaining space, barbecue cocktails etc. Not so comfortable for a long stay especially if it's raining and you're stuck indoors. Back door cuts throuh the bathroom for entry. Back gate connecting to back entry is all sand, constantly getting tracked in, right through the bathroom. Hot tub was very clean and comfortable and worked well. Overall a very nice place for its location. I do feel it was overpriced, about $240.00 a night. They say it sleeps six, the two extra spots for sleeping are in the living room on couches I recommend only for children.

Comfy

Had all the basic amenities and provided a comfortable place to relax close to everything in Ocean Park. Vacasa staff was very helpful when we got locked out. Overall my family and I were very pleased with our stay.
