Upstairs, youâll be greeted by an open-concept living space and kitchen, with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the California sunshine. The living area features a snazzy sectional and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar - a great spot to enjoy a morning snack. This space also features a dining area that seats four, as well as a patio with a grill and a dining set.
The bedrooms are on this floor as well, decorated in the same modern-retro aesthetic. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a posh geometric comforter, as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is similar in style and offers a queen-size bed, with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hall. This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
There is suitable space in the garage for one compact vehicle, there is additional street parking on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
