The moment you walk into this condo, you’ll notice the well-thought-out interior design choices. Head up the stairs to the main level, passing the ground-floor patio as you do. This adorable patio is decorated with potted succulents and a dining area that seats six - perfect for sipping a cup of coffee in the morning or dining under the lights at night. While your kids are playing around, you can unwind in the soothing hot tub.

Upstairs, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living space and kitchen, with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the California sunshine. The living area features a snazzy sectional and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar - a great spot to enjoy a morning snack. This space also features a dining area that seats four, as well as a patio with a grill and a dining set.

The bedrooms are on this floor as well, decorated in the same modern-retro aesthetic. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a posh geometric comforter, as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is similar in style and offers a queen-size bed, with a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the hall. For additional sleeping space, there’s a comfortable twin-size cot that can be used. Other highlights of this condo include free WiFi, satellite cable and streaming options, beach equipment for guest use, and ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms.

This condo sits approximately two blocks from the ocean, with even closer proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Pacific Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. It's just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego.

Stay away

When I arrived to the property none of the codes to get in worked so I had to call the company. An hour later someone showed up to let me in and the place was a mess. No beds made, lamps and other items on the floor and the coffee table. The house was never cleaned, they ran and got new sheets and towels and said it was cleaned but the sheets were not put on. It was a lie, the place was a mess and the WiFi password didn’t work, I had to call them again. They came over the next day and it took someone an hour to reset it. They offered me a $200 refund for my troubles and I am still waiting on it. The location is nice but if you want a nice, clean place to relax, look elsewhere.

Location was perfect, close to our son and to anything we needed. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The private parking spot was a must on the weekends and very helpful.

Nice but there were several problems. Overall we would not recommend this place.

We had a nice time at the condo. The condo was at good located to where you could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. When we were looking for a condo garage was a priority. Booked and received confirmation with the garage code. We were given a code that didn't work and another car was parked inside. Called office of the issue didn't get an answer till Wednesday. Owner didn't want the garbage to be used. Good thing parking was available on the streets. Second both garbage bins were full and it took them 3 days to get them emptied. Patio was also full of spider webs which had to be removed every day.

Super Fun Location

We thought this rental was great. It is in a very fun location, walking distance to tons of restaurants, stores and the beach! Amenities were good. We stayed 6 days and had to repurchase TP and paper towels (home was not well stocked). A few things would have been great to know: 1) if you stay on a Friday or Saturday, prepare for a SUPER LOUD night. This unit is right above Mavericks (kiddie corner) which is a fun bar/club. It got quiet around 2:30am. By Sunday it was ok! 2) the car port was difficult because the code did not work. 3) we had an issue with the carport and the front lock (minor and we figured it out) but the Vacasa number we called and texted just kept routing us in circles and never actually solved the problem. All in all this was a very fun location and comfortable place!

Great location and nice layout!

The house is clean and open and easy walk to the beach and many other places. However the noise from Maverick Beach Club literally next store was a nuisance every night of the week (except Monday they're closed, thank goodness!) Without air conditioning we had to put the fans on high to drown out the racket from the bar and loud vehicles and we are just not used to sleeping with level of noise right outside both bedroom windows. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the beach and restaurants with lots of comforts of home. Only complaint was the LOUD noise from the nightclub that’s adjacent to the unit until 2am. Otherwise, it was great and the dedicated parking spot was very helpful.

Nice getaway.

We enjoyed a lot. Very clean and nicely decorated. Confortable and with all the amenities. Close to everything especially the beach. For me the only problem was a little bit the noisy neighborhood. Not terrible but sometimes especially weekends could be a bit annoying. Otherwise really nice.

Felspar luv is absolutely awesome, from location, size, two patios, even the pillows were great. One gripe is we need to be able to use refrigerated air during summer, with Mavericks being behind it the noise level is high to keep windows closed. We bought more fans just to keep cool, even though there are fans there we needed more. Also could never figure out how to use ceiling fans in living room n dining Room or how to turn lights off. But is on top of my list of places to stay. Well worth it.

Don’t go if it’s hot or you want to sleep

If you’re going to have a rental 100 feet from a bar and in a poly LLM at night life area, get air conditioning. Loud and hot is no way to go through a weekend.

Location Location!

We had a great 5 night stay at this property. We got early check-in which was great since we got in town very early in the day. The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything! It can get loud outside at night if you’re trying to sleep with your windows open (due to multiple bars across the street). This did not bother me at all, but something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. The place itself was clean and had updated bathrooms & kitchen. It was spacious and the beds were very comfy! It also has a small balcony off the dining room which we used daily. And a larger ground level patio which was very nice as well. We had 1 small issue with using the keypad to lock the front door, but it was resolved immediately after texting the property manager. I definitely give this place five stars, and would stay here again for sure!

Very nice home. Great location and we are not even partiers. The floors were dirty. That is the only thing you can control. The child next door likes to scream at the top of his lungs early and pretty much all day.

Perfect PB spot!

This was my first VRBO experience and first time staying in Pacific Beach. I couldn't be happier! The location is a short walk from PB boardwalk and beach, as well as numerous bars and restaurants in the area. We were visiting a friend who recently had a baby, so we were incredibly thrilled that we could find something walkable to the family's apartment but still allowed us to enjoy the local scene. The house was just as the listing showed and described. Having access to a parking spot was HUGE as well. The only issue we had was not being able to check-in with our access code. However, we were able to reach the property management immediately and they stayed on the phone while we were given a different code. Check-out was equally seamless - very easy instructions took away a lot of travel stress. I would definitely re-book this house if I travel to PB in the future!

Wonderful home, great location!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The location and proximity to both restaurants and the beach was ideal - just a 2 block walk to the beach and right in the heart of PB! The house came equipped with all of the amenities we needed for our month-long stay (kitchenware and appliances, cleaning supplies, fans, towels, beach chairs, laundry machine), and was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed the spacious living room/open floor plan with the kitchen, and the 2 lovely outdoor patio spaces as well. The parking spot was also very useful. The 710 Beach Rentals staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our few requests, and overall we had a fantastic, relaxing stay! We were sad to leave and will definitely be back soon - thank you!

The location and property is great. My biggest and my daughters is that the floors were dirty. I’ve always walked barefoot in my house but couldn’t here until I finally broke down and let the property manager know and they gave me a swifter wet mop so I could clean the floors myself.
