SUMMARY
Newly remodeled designer beach home located just steps to local dining & short walk to the Ocean in highly desirable North Pacific Beach. This convenient 2br+2ba ground level unit (no stairs!) includes 2 separate outdoor patios with seating & bbq, professionally furnished by Blue Grape Design Studio, garage, fireplace, sleeps 6 (4 adults max), a/c, washer/dryer, & dogs ok (1 large or 2 small max).
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Remodeled & professionally designed interior with a coastal design theme & white/blue/gray tones. Step into the main front entry door into a spacious open main living area that includes a plush sofa bed, accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace with Samsung SMART TV mounted above, windows letting in lots of natural light, & a separate door that leads to your very own outdoor patio.
Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.
On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, Samsung SMART TV, reading nook, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. âą OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
âą NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
âą COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
