Delightful Dauphin Island awaits, and this newly renovated second-floor condo is the perfect place to land for your next vacation. Rise and shine in one of the two bedrooms, brew a pot of coffee, and wake up slow on the deck, with a lovely view of the water just beyond the marsh grass. Head inside to whip up breakfast at the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the table for six or pull up one of the four stools at the breakfast bar to keep it casual.

Visit the complex’s shared pool after breakfast, or explore a little further afield. When you return, cool off in the central AC and grab a spot on one of the couches for a little TV. End the day as you began, out on the balcony, enjoying the view, this time of the night stars over the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo is well equipped. Lots of dishes and cookware. On the beach! Wish the jet jacuzzi tub was operational, small thing but the tub didn't work in 210A

Five Stars—A Perfect Stay for Our Family

Our family of four (Dad, Mom, Grandma, and our 16-year-old son) had a wonderful stay at this condo on Dauphin Island! The highlight for us was definitely the amazing balcony and view—we spent so much time just relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and felt incredibly welcoming. The appliances seemed brand new—everything was sparkling clean and in excellent working condition. The living room furniture was comfy and cozy, perfect for family movie nights or just lounging after a day at the beach. We also loved the high ceilings, which made the space feel even more open and airy. The air conditioning kept everything crisp and cool, even during the hottest parts of the day. We appreciated the TV service in both the living room and bedrooms, which offered a great variety of channels and entertainment options for everyone in the family. There were just a few items we needed during our stay—extra blankets, more dishwasher detergent, extra kitchen towels, and a dustpan (since we like to sweep up daily)—but overall, everything else was well-stocked and thoughtfully provided. One of the best parts of our stay was the easy check-in and check-out process. We loved not having to go to a front desk, and the text-based communication made everything so convenient and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Dauphin Island. It was the perfect home base for our family getaway, and we’d happily return in the future!

PERFECT Place for Us!

We scheduled this trip from Birmingham around our son's freshman orientation at USA, and it was PERFECT for us! In fact, my husband (who doesn't typically LOVE the beach) was sad to leave! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we're used to, but that's no fault of the property owner. The restaurants were within walking distance, and we enjoyed dinner out each of the 3 nights we were there. We will certainly be returning, especially with the ease of traveling back and forth to USA's campus.

Dauphin Island Condo

We stayed in this condo in March 2025. The layout was perfect. It was my husband and I and our 22 year old daughter. She was able to have her own room/bathroom. There was plenty of room in the living room/kitchen/dining area for all of us and other family members who were in the same complex. It is decorated nicely and was clean when we showed up. They were very generous with the TP/paper towels etc. Not a ton of towels for the bathroom/kitchen, but managed fine. The complex itself is very nice. The pools are nice and one of them is heated and was warm enough for us to swim. The beach is a little bit of a hike, but it was very nice once you got out to it. Lots of beach area - it is nice and wide and not crowded at all. They had a lot of dishes/utensils and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. It was a good trip and this was a good condo for our family.

Perfect for family of 4

Having the pool & beach everyday as options and not having to get sand in my car is the best! One thing we learned is that you need to eat dinner early. The restaurants fill up fast and close early. It was a great trip!

A very comfy stay by the beach 🏝️

Arrived to a clean home. Picked this condo due to location and the interior decor done in rather modern style. There is a pool onsite and what was more important to me building has access to the beach. You’ll have a great time if you want to get away from hectic overcrowded cities and hit the beach, local restaurants, boating, fishing, drinks at few bars.

Beautiful condo and lovely beach

The condo was quite nice. Well furnished and very clean. The pool area was very nice. The beach was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were hoping for! The check in and communication was great. The only issue was the lack of beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. We flew in and were unable to bring them so had to go purchase some. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come again!
