Island get-away

My first time to Dauphin Island and I was impatient. People were friendly and courteous, which is not usual any more. The beach was spotless although I was saddened by the lack of seashells. I enjoy walking the beach looking for “treasures”. I did spot dolphins and fish playing in the ocean, and even had a crab pop out next to me on the beach. If you are looking for activity you will be dissatisfied. I did enjoy a stroll at the Audobon Society preserve, but didn’t find anything else to explore. It was a very relaxing couple of days.

Good food and ambience. Again, really nice people and an enjoyable walk on the grounds.

The room was perfect! It was spacious, great kitchen and love have and bathroom plus a 1/2 bath. It was so clean and family friendly. Great restaurants in walking distance. Will stay here again in the future.

Very tidy, very close to the beach!

A cute, very clean and comfortable apartment, just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The pools and grounds are immaculate. We loved being able to walk right from our porch to the pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit could have been a little cleaner, need to replace Sofa & Mattress.Other than that the unit was very nice. We would have liked a bit warmer time for water play, but weather was okay.

Very nice place Walk right out to pool and just a short walk to beach. Just know if you love morning coffee take ground coffee does not have a kcup maker.

Great stay

Our stay was excellent. Room was everything we expected. Perfect location for pool access and walk to the beach. Had plenty of towels and linens for entire stay. Wife loved the room, and stated she woukd love to come back again. Thanks for making the vacation a great one!

A Real Vacation!!

so nice to get away from the daily stress and relax by the pool and walk the beach that we have known for over 50 years. My husband was an avid surfer in the 60's. Can't wait to return!!

A short but nice stay

This is a nice property but for 2 older adults that have grown kids it wasnt ideal. One idea is to have a kids only pool out of the 2 property pools.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the convenience of our condo and it’s proximity to the pool area and beach access. The condo it’s self could have been cleaned a little better. There was lots of dust gathered on the bedroom ceiling fan and the floor was dirty in some areas. The pullout couch mattress needs to be replaced.

Very Clean!!

The place was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Everything was clean. First floor was convenient with a baby. Back patio opened directly in to pool area and boardwalk. Management was very nice and helpful.

Great Condo with Easy Beach and Pool Access

We had a great stay at the Inn at Dauphin Island. Check in and out was a breeze and the location couldn't have been prettier. The condo was clean and well-maintained. I'm so glad we were able to visit.

A good room

Not a bad place to stay. Being on the first floor is nice. Kitchen was small but worked well. Only complaint I have is the patio door did not lock properly, which would be an easy fix. Good stay overall.
