Absolutely loved the location and area. The house was very beautiful and comfy. Recommend selecting this location if you have a small family or couples going. View is beautiful.
The house was great! Felt like we were living history in a 1920's bungalow of Hot Springs but modern! Very comfortable beds and plenty of room! Loved the location! Will book again in the future.
The location is perfect. Quiet historic neighborhood with a nearby trail connection to the national forest. The house had all we needed and was very comfortable. Although we didnât walk to bathhouse row, it can be done if willing to walk 15 min. There is plenty of parking in ear bathhouse row.
We stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Easy to access the house, perfect location in the National Park, close to downtown, and affordable. The house was clean, modern but cozy, beds were comfortable, and the size (rooms and bathrooms) was perfect for our family of 6. Had everything we needed.
Close to Bathhouse Row. Convenient location. Cozy house with super comfortable beds. Nice deck off the back. It also has a gravel driveway so you donât have to park on the street.
The location and the house itself were great. There was a lack of response on a couple of questions but luckily nothing that effected our stay overall. Would rent again.
The house was great. Very clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to bathhouse row. The desk space was nice so that I could get some work done while there.
Very clean. Good location to downtown. The owner and contact person were very helpful. The house was ready when we got there. Heat worked well. Appliances were fairly new. Bed was very comfortable.
This house is exactly as described. It was very clean and provided everything I could have wanted. It has a well-stocked kitchen. There are TVs in every room. The beds are very comfortable. Also has a very nice deck and gas grill. We were a very short distance away from the trails of the national park. Owner was responsive and kept in communication with me, making sure there was nothing we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent this home again if in Hot Springs.
A clean recently renovated property with new kitchen utensils.
What we would like to be improved:
- Bedding sheets had spots
- one soap dispenser was broken
- The property is listed at 5 people but there was no table where even 5 people could join for a dinner or a breakfast together
- No curtains on the balcony glass door (this phases another house)
The house was perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. Clean, comfortable, easy to find, and proximity to the historic district and national park was perfect.
We had a great stay. The house is on a quiet street with almost no traffic, but is minutes from all surrounding attractions. Beds are comfortable and kitchen & bathrooms are well stocked. We appreciated the ease of check in via the keypad and our host was very responsive to communication. The house is newly renovated and super cute!
This house is clean and beautiful. It is also close to the main strip of shops in downtown hot springs which was great. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was a complete gem. It fit six adults comfortably. It was stocked well and had everything we needed to cook and grill meals. The house has been recently updated and was beautiful.
It was close to the main strip in Hot Spring so it was just a 5 minute drive away, very convenient. We even walked home one night because we didnât feel like driving (15-20 minute walk depending where youâre coming from)
The downtown area was fun and unique. We tried a few different restaurants and did the Quapaw bath house and Superior brewery. The house was also close to hiking trails.
Overall great trip, experience, and house!
