NEW! The Carriage House - 4 bed, 2 bath historic UPTOWN home
Come be a part of Hot Springs history! This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath UPTOWN home is the first/oldest all-brick home built in Hot Springs, ca. 1882. Located on historic Park Ave., a short walk to all of Downtownâs shopping, restaurants, and sights! All new furnishings and bedding. Well-appointed kitchen with everything your inner chef could need! Covered front porch for relaxing and gazebo looking out on Park Ave. Fast WiFi, Roku TVs, clean and comfortable - just like home!
The carriage house was ideally located to the National Park. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to experience. Beautifully restored and managed, we felt safe in this cozy winter stop.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and updated. The parking was convenient and it was located near everything. We would definitely stay there again.
This house was exactly as advertised. Parking was convenient. The house is close enough to the bath house district to walk, and itâs just a short drive down the strip to the track. An added bonus was the delightful donut shop directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved the carriage house! We loved the historical architecture and brick walls. Everything was clean and the kitchen utensils were well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and well designed. The beds were comfortable. The location was amazing. We walked across the street for morning donuts and cofffee. We walked up the neighborhood road to go on our hot springs mountain hike. Super short drive to bathhouse row as well. The host communicated well. We would choose this adorable historical house again.
We visited Hot Springs while our kid was at a camp nearby and loved our stay at the Carriage House. The house itself is renovated well and also has a lot of character. We were able to relax and enjoy bath house row which was a 4 minute drive or a 17 minute walk. Parking was easy and we felt safe and secure. Traveling with kids had us thankful for the sound machines provided in each bedroom! I give it a 10/10.
Nice house, the brick detail is very cool. The house is by a busy street but it is well insulated and you don't hear street noise. Had all the amenities and ample parking. Easy check in. A quick ride to get to the bath houses and downtown shopping. Lots of cute shops. 10 to 15 minutes away from Oaklawn and the Casino. You have to try SQZBX pizza place and the Ohio Club.
There were 7 of us who have been friends since elementary school. We came to
Town to enjoy the bathhouses as a celebration of a 50th bday. This house was PERFECT! Fun fact: it is the first brick home built in Hot Springs! We loved it. I slept in the downstairs king and it was super comfortable. The twins upstairs are pretty short. We loved the video game upstairs from our era. It had Pac-Man, donkey Kong, frogged and Galahad!!! We canât wait to come again!
We were in town for a baby shower. This beautifully restored piece of history was such a pleasure to stay in for the weekend. My family and I would definitely choose this home again.
The place was amazing. My granddaughters loved it, as a home away from home. Beds were comfortable and we did not have any issues with kitchen. They also decorated for Christmas for an extra little fee. I would stay here again.
