Exterior

Our pools are heated from NOVEMBER through APRIL and heating is not available from May through October. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. Please note that outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will remain the same temperature as the pool. If you are renting from November-April please notify us 10 days prior to your arrival that you would like the pool heated. Pool pumps will shut down automatically if the pool temperature reaches the 70s due to colder weather and will automatically re-engage as temperatures rise. Reheating to 82 degrees after cold weather can take several days based on the severity of the cold spell. Due to Anna Maria Island’s strict noise ordinance pool pumps will not run overnight.
