Enjoy the roof top deck with 360-degree panoramic views for sunset! The home also offers a convenient outdoor shower to clean off those sandy feet when you come home from the sunset at the beach. A shared boat dock is less than 200 feet away at the end of the street for easy access to your boat if you prefer to get around via water. No overnight parking of boats are allowed at the dock.
