The Space:

Located just a 5-minute walk from Bradenton Beach and within easy reach of Pine Avenue's boutiques, restaurants, and ice cream shops, this stunning retreat is perfect for large families, multi-family groups, and special celebrations. With 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and 1 half bath, every member of your group will have the space, comfort, and privacy they deserve. This home sleeps 16 people comfortably in beds, and every single bedroom has an en suite bathroom — no sharing required!



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

This home provides parking for up to 4 vehicles. In the garage, you'll find bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler provided for your use, a full-size refrigerator and freezer for additional storage and convenience, and a ping pong table. The garage opens to both the backyard pool area and the home's foyer, which features sliding doors to the pool area and the main staircase to the levels above. The backyard is fully fenced and features a heated pool with sun shelf and heated spa, covered patio with soft seating, dining, and a mounted TV, sun loungers, a propane grill, corn hole, and a poolside basketball hoop. An outdoor shower on the side of the home is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

The home's great room is on this level with the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen features an island with seating for 5, and the dining area offers a table with seating for 8 — plenty of room for the whole group to gather. The living room opens to a balcony with seating and beautiful bay views — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. A half bath and stackable washer and dryer are also located on this level. There are two bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 is the home's master bedroom, featuring a king bed, double vanity, and an en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

On this level you'll find a morning bar with a coffee maker and beverage fridge — perfect for early risers before a beach day — along with a second washer and dryer, because we know laundry doesn't stop on vacation! Five bedrooms are on this level, all with en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are king suites featuring king beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 7 is the home's bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Stairs lead to the rooftop deck from this floor.



Rooftop Deck:

Multiple Adirondack chairs provide the perfect seats to take in the stunning views from this rooftop perch. From up here you can see Perico Island, the Anna Maria Island bridge, and all the way to Cortez — plus views of the Gulf. Whether you're starting your morning with a coffee and the sunrise or winding down with a sunset cocktail, this rooftop is a truly special space that sets this home apart. Be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this perch overlooking Anna Maria Island and the surrounding waters.



Getting Around:

If you want to explore further without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley or ‘Monkey Bus’ ride that provides transportation service to the entirety of Anna Maria Island. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Bradenton/Cortez area (5-10 minutes) and downtown Bradenton or Sarasota (25-30 min) for access to numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Siesta Key, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away! So, whether you’re relaxing poolside, entertaining on the rooftop deck, hosting friends and family, or planning a day trip or getting out on the town, this estate promises a vacation experience like no other.

This Anna Maria Island luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property—including outdoor areas for full coverage for all your work or personal needs. All bedrooms will include smart TVs, and the home offers window treatments throughout.
