Welcome to Aqua Paradise! This stunning beach house offers seven spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms, all in an unbeatable location. You'll be just steps away from the breathtaking Gulf side beaches and the serene bay. Get ready to be blown away by the incredible 360-degree views from the rooftop deck and the sparkling pool and spa. You won't want to leave this slice of paradise!

The main level of the house has an open floor plan living area featuring comfortable seating with sofas and a TV. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, cookware, and dishware essentials. The massive kitchen island has a breakfast bar, and there is a large dining table to seat plenty of people. Nestled in the hallway is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and throughout the house there are two half baths.

The primary bedroom is a stunning nautical-themed retreat, with vibrant dark blue colors and a sliding door leading to the home's rooftop deck. It also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and unique tiling that flows seamlessly into the spacious vanity area. There are five King suites, each with a television and an ensuite bathroom, and the sixth bedroom has an incredible custom-built bunk bed.

Beach Time with the crew

11 of us headed down to Anne Marie island and got to stay at this great house. Really awesome location right across the street of Cortez beach. House has all the amenities you need for a good time. Lots to do in the area. Walk to several tiki bars and good restaurants. Rent a golf cart for the week thats all you need to get around. We hung out at the beach. In the evenings we hung out in the pool, cooked at the house, played cards and just enjoyed our time together.

Very disappointed that the “hot tub” and the pool were cold. We had two people with health issues. One a teen with a broken hip. Called to request use of the elevator for those two only. No response from the owner.

Perfect location!

Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. Communication with Property Management was fast and easy. We will definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2025

The location of this house is amazing. Short walk across street to beach and only a couple blocks from Bridge Street shops and restaurants. The pool area is shaded so it was nice to retreat to the pool when we had our fill of sun at the beach. There were a few things that weren’t working well - the hot tub did not warm up much past pool temp & we were not able to use the elevator in the house - which would’ve been nice for hauling luggage upstairs.The rental company was attentive to our needs & did attempt to fix things that weren’t working 100%. Overall - the home is amazing & we would definitely stay there again If we return to Bradenton Beach!

Loved this place on Anna Maria Island

The house and location were the best. 1 minute walk to the beach and the bay. 3 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Great vacation

The house was very clean and big! There were 17 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The management company was quick to respond and take care of everything. The location was absolutely amazing. The beach was just steps away and it was nice to enjoy the private pool.

Fantastic location!

Wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Pool & hot tub was such a nice feature. Upstairs got a little warm and the a/c is controlled remotely but overall it was a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Beach weekend

This home was the perfect place and location to celebrate my daughters 16th bday with friends! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was hard to beat. Easy to get to the beach, ice cream shop and a couple restaurants and shops. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Great Location!

The location was perfect and accommodated 4 families and 13 guests very comfortably! We were able to walk across the street that had a marked crosswalk and be on the beach within a few minutes from the house. The house has beach chairs and a beach wagon to take your items with for a day on the beach. The location is also within walking distance to Bridge Street, with small quaint shops, and the Bridge Street Pier. We would stay at the house again.

Memories Made

The house was a great spot for our four families with little ones. The kitchen was fully stocked and tons of beach accessories to keep everyone occupied. We had the best time and felt added comfort with all of the safety mechanisms the owners invested in for the pool. Amazing location just steps to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

Aqua paradise is exactly that

Steps from the beach, the home is amazing. Everyone had a private king size bed and restroom for privacy. Roku in every room. The kitchen was amazing and the extra fridge in the garage was clutch to hold extra drinks and food. The pool was lovely and was surprisingly comfortable temp for being completely shaded. We had grandparents, parents, teens, and one child. It was perfect for all.

Spring Break Bradenton Beach 2021

We would rate this property an 8 out of 10. Perfect location, short walk to the beach, comfy beds, newly renovated, lovely pool/hot tub and a wonderful kitchen. The only downfall of the property is the wifi. It is brutal. With this size of house, the owners need to upgrade the wifi. With kids on social media, parents keeping up with work and such - the network just could not keep up. Otherwise, a wonderful property!

Suggestions for a perfect rental

The house was lovely and in a good location for our short stay. It would be really nice if they provided a few more “essentials”. Extra paper towels, Kleenex, a small laundry detergent, salt and pepper, etc. And there was only 1 dish towel. Appreciated the dishwasher detergent and soap in kitchen. Minor things I know, but we have stayed at lots of VRBS.s and for the price it would be nice to add a few extra provisions. I know the hurricane caused some “mess”….. we requested the pool and deck be cleaned. We had to do it ourselves. Again, lovely home…. Just suggestions for an extra touch of excellence in your VRBO. Thank you

Property was not as described

Let me start off with the positive. The property is beautifully located - great and easy access to the beach. Now, the negatives. It was described as sleeping 18, then we were told it actually sleeps 16, but upon arrival it actually slept 14. There was NO sleeper sofa. Upon arrival the kitchen sink handle was literally broken off. It did not get repaired until the evening a day after we checked in. Trying to cook 3 meals for 16 people without a kitchen sink was awful. There is absolutely NO furniture in any bedroom but the master. You must live out of your suitcase the entire time you are there. I own 2 beach properties, so I do not leave this review lightly, but I would never misjudge the needs of renters this much. The pool was supposedly cleaned during our 1 week stay, but by day 4 it was extremely murky and simply gross. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We expected much higher quality for the price paid.

Location!!

Perfect location for our family of 18. Great view of gulf and beach and view of bay from upper deck. Sleeps 16 easily. Could sleep 18 if fold-out couch were used. We had two three y-o people sleep on the floor in room with parents. We left next renters a number of beach toys.

Beautiful home next to the beach

Very beautiful home very close to the beach. Reasons why I did give five stars across the board are simple. The pair of dirty laundry I found behind the master bedroom dresser when I dropped my cell phone charger cord behind it made me realize the attention to detail while cleaning. The other reason for not getting five stars was arriving to a gentleman walking through the house an hour and a half after checking. We had two other visitors who work for the company stop by and fix a pool that I did not call in to get fixed and drop off ping pong balls that I didn't need or ask for and a didn't.

Stunning place to stay!!

This Property was so amazing! The house was spectacular with amazing decor to great layout! We had a group of 7 ladies and was so nice to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The hot tub and pool was wonderful to relax after a day on the beach. The property is located conveniently next to the beach and to restaurants and shops! You will love it!

Family get away

The property could not have been better. The access to the beautiful beach was literally steps away from the property and everything we needed was pretty much within walking distance in a beautiful area. The pool was great as our grandchildren and parents, along with ourselves used it everyday! We wish we could have spent another week. The kitchen was super, and provided enough room to comfortably feed 14 of us. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Aqua Paradise

Our family had a wonderful time at Aqua Paradise. We had 7 adults and 11 children. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to prepare meals. The location was fabulous! A short walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the pool. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Annual vacation

AMI rental company were great to work with before and during the trip. Aqua Paradise is in a perfect location but when we arrived the house was not clean and we got in later then the check in time. So spent a couple hours getting supplies and cleaning. But rental company was understanding and made it right. Also no cooking or cleaning supplies for kitchen and only one dish cloth and towel.
