As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
âą Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
âą Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
âą Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
âą Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025
âą Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Admire the crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico from nearly every room at this family friendly condo, just steps from the beach and famous local restaurants. Youâll love the furnished balcony overlooking the lagoon-style pool and hot tub - the perfect spot for sipping coffee or a glass of wine. Other fantastic on-site amenities include two tropical bars alongside the lagoon pool (one is a bar and grill) and an indoor pool, a coffee and donut shop in the lobby, and beautiful bridges, waterfalls, and fountains in the pool and garden area.
Prepare everything from beach snacks to favorite suppers in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, then gather together at the breakfast bar, or the adjacent dining table for more room. Comfortable furnishings allow you to kick back while watching TV shows or take in the dreamy water views. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and the primary suite boasts direct balcony access. The oversized bunk room with a TV is a great sleeping and hang-out space for kids, while the queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. Central air-conditioning, beach towels, a washer/dryer, and kid-friendly extras such as a Pack ân Play and kids stool are also included.

Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $100 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with up to eight pool wristbands and two parking passes. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the on-site HOA.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 17.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
