Once you set your plans, head inside to make breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. There’s a full suite of appliances, plenty of counter space and all the gadgets you need to whip up anything from oatmeal to an omelet. Dine together at the adjacent table for six, or step back outside and dine alfresco at the picnic table.

When you return, unwind from your busy day in the shared hot tub or play a friendly game of pool on your private pool table. Turn on the gas fireplace in the evening for maximum coziness, and snuggle up together on the sofa to watch some TV on the flatscreen. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each of the two bedrooms has a TV as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
