ROOM TO RELAX
The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and smart TV, with convenient access to the adjacent full bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination.

COOK, GATHER AND UNWIND
The open kitchen is stocked for meals at home with stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils. After a day downtown, settle in beside the gas fireplace or step onto one of the balconies to enjoy the mountain setting.

WALKABLE DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Leave the car parked and explore Gatlinburg on foot. The condo is next to the Gatlinburg Convention Center, across the street from the Ober Mountain aerial tram and close to downtown dining, entertainment and shopping. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is also nearby.

POOL, HOT TUB AND CONVENIENT ACCESS
The shared heated pool and hot tub are generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to weather, maintenance and community schedules. Elevator access and level on-site parking make arrival simple.

LOCAL, ATTENTIVE HOSTS
Cathy and Glen are local and personally inspect the condo between stays. We are available if you need assistance or recommendations during your visit.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
• Maximum occupancy is four guests, including children and infants.
• Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Keep doors, windows and vehicles closed and locked, secure all food and trash, and never feed or approach wildlife.
• Exterior security cameras are used to help monitor occupancy and protect the property.
• Seasonal amenities may occasionally be unavailable because of weather, maintenance or community operations.
